A unique coffeeshop and Cafe / bar. Serving sandwiches and breakfast burritos. The main central building houses the entryway off the deck and the front counter / kitchen area, and restrooms further back. The left side has a large train car opened up and connected to the center building. It has assorted couches, tables, and seating areas along the windows. It also opens up to the entryway, restrooms, and has a small food pickup counter and waiting area. The right side has a red caboose, with a bar. Including some unique sitting areas, highlighted by a couple of small raised spots inside that you can climb up to. The service was friendly and seemed helpful. We haven't tried much just yet, but the grilled sweet potato burrito we tried was very tasty. As far as strictly vegetarian AKA vegan options, they said they were redoing some things and were missing one or two options. That only left the burrito, but it was very tasty hot off the panini press. They seem like a unique, comfortable, slightly trendy spot to relax with a coffee and sandwich or a beer.

In downtown Parkville. Decided to stop in. I thoroughly enjoyed the Irish Red and I have tried many. Nice caramel finish and they claim a toasted biscuit flavor. I couldn't put my taste buds to identify that, but I did enjoy it as I said. I also enjoyed the Dunkel. A little darker than some others, but smooth, tasty and a late fall, winter, early spring beer. I would definitely have this again. I also did a 4-oz taste of the chocolate milk Stout. I am a stout fan but typically not the flavored kinds. If you like chocolate stouts, this one is worth a try. Nice little outdoor patio to people-watch on main street Parkville. Fun indoor seating on the 2 train cars. They offer coffee and sandwiches as well. Worth a visit in downtown Parkville.

Lovely place with a one-of-a-kind boxcar that has been added on to the side of the building and plenty of outdoor seating.

However, they've got to find a way to move more quickly through the huge lines that develop on Saturday morning. Something akin to what fast food places do with drive thru by sending up people through the line to take orders in advance. This is particularly effective for espresso drinks. I also saw someone standing 10 deep just to buy a bag of coffee. That's not right.

But good donuts and good coffee (and coffee drinks...try the black rose tonic and thank me later) so it might be worth the...
