Subway — Restaurant in Parma

This has been a go-to location as they usually make very nice sandwiches and follow stringent hygiene procedures. However, my last two visits within the past week went something like this:

I went in around lunchtime a week or so ago and the personnel (two women) were friendly and hygienic -- but the lettuce was turning brown. It was still early in the day. The lettuce was changing color. I still went ahead and ordered but it was off-putting.

Went in a day ago and there was a guy finishing up taking payment from a paying customer. He didn't wash before pulling sandwich wrapping onto the counter, and only afterwards started making to put on gloves. I walked out making a comment about hand-washing protocols. Another guy was peeking around the corner as this occurred. If you're not inclined to wash up after cashing a customer out and going to make sandwiches, then maybe have a separate person working the register. Maybe I'm overreacting but if you're handling money the last thing I want to see is you immediately heading over to...

If I could give this place zero stars I would! I walked in and it was literally no one in the store. I said okay I'll be out quick...the first worker noticed me and said nothing. The second one named Angie noticed me and still said nothing. Finally I said I would like two sandwiches. Angie proceeds ask what kind of bread, I said wheat fo both. The ENTIRE time she's making my sandwiches she has an attitude! Literally the entire time, I understand people have good and bad days but if you don't like your job then quit! Then other customers walk in and she's all like hi how can I help you😳😒 I doubt I'll ever come back to this location because clearly customer service is non existent unless your of a certain skin tone. Used to always go here was always good experience last co u ple yrs ugh,tall blond female who has worked here for 15 20 yrs used to be a sweetheart now she has such an attitude and rude etc,vegetables toppings were guaranteed from day before lettuce spinach and tomatoes were all wilting and saugy ,I was very specific about how much sauce I wanted I said just a little again just a little ,well female with attitude drenched my sandwich with sauce needles to say when I was eating it it was falling apart,ugh will not return,I almost forgot I called a few yrs ago to get a sub replaced cause it just did not taste good and the tall blond and the owner was sooooo offend ,and made me know that,while I was there getting it replaced was so uncomfortable I told them just forget it not...
