The Owners choose to place out front on their front restaurant counter: young, stoic Mellenials, with zero customer service experience. You will know this right away when the unfit, lazy lunk displays bad manners! You know this type that you witness in life, that is real and unsettling! You feel like shaking your head and walk away dismayed by poor training here and not acknowledging their ignorance further. I was discussed the way they treat there employees. If you're ever looking for a job at this establishment, I highly wouldn't recommend it. There over staff, underpaid, overworked, hardly no hours to go around. The manager says "Do to the fact that they don't get no business" Which clearly they do. In my 10-15 years of experience in fast-food I've never seen a place so filthy. I'm surprised they barely passed inspection. Products are fake the meats, the side menus all frozen never fresh, reuse products after expiration date. Management quality poor, performance from other employees poor, quality of food and how handled poor. I would never come back to the establishment ever again not...

I ordered the smokehouse brisket combo, wasn't the worst sandwich I have ever had but just wimpy, it was very light on the sauce and very light on the brisket, curly fries are usually on point but was not on this trip. The only thing that I was happy with was the large iced tea, $14 later 1 out of 3 is still a bad percentage rate. I was only happy with 1/3 of my purchase, I blame management and owners for not training your employees correctly.
