Burger King — Restaurant in Pasadena

Came to this Burger King to get my wife and me a burger and fries. My wife loves their plain hamburger without anything on it. I, on the other hand, don't care one way or another about their food. On this day, my wife, who has only one leg, decided to go in with me and while I ordered, she would use the restroom. She went in on her crutches. As we entered, I checked the hall to the restroom for water on the floor which can be dangerous to people on crutches. There was none, so my wife made her way into the restroom. There, she encountered a greasy floor which caused one of her crutches to slip out. She almost fell but caught herself against a wall. She banged on the wall for help, which was responded to by an assistant manager. I heard her in the hall and went to see what the problem was. I then went out and got her wheelchair as she had no confidence in her ability to navigate the slick floors. She was visibly shaken by the ordeal. My order of a plain, dry Whopper, small fries and a Texas Double cheeseburger with a large fries were ready, so I got my large coke and we went home after paying the $27.67 price. There I found that there was only the small fries and not the large had been included with the order. So, going there was a bust. I wouldn't recommend this Burger King to anyone who wanted a clean, decent place to get a burger. For the price, I would recommend Jack-In-The-Box, McDonald's, Whataburger, Dairy Queen, Sonic, Gold Star Burgers...anywhere but...

I ordered the 2 Whoppers for $6.00 special. Burger, as always, came at room temperature, so I asked them to nuke it for a minute, which they complied with... The staff seems indifferent/unwelcoming these days... Somebody mistreating somebody...(?)..... Who knows?............... UPDATE;..... July 11, 2022............... I ordered my usual 2 QUARTER POUNDERS FOR $5.00 (now $6.00) and the new-hire kid (of course) got it COMPLETELY WRONG, ordering up some sandwich combo..... When he brought it to her attention, the manager came up acting as if it was MY fault,... all the way spouting her unintelligible, and pithy "English as a Second Language" very effectively muffled through the UTTERLY USELESS FACE DIAPER that she was wearing..... When it was FINALLY conveyed,... and understood,... that she had wanted me to pay the difference, I immediately complied, and whipped out another dollar bill,... which she was now ADAMANTLY REFUSING TO ACCEPT,... and giving TONS of attitude,... as if was ME,... that were "SOMEHOW",... pulling a scam... I told her that I don't like the look that she is giving me, and in resentment I declared that I REFUSE THEIR "charity" (AND her attitude.....), and left my dollar bill sitting on...

Disappointed. I decided to go on my lunch break so I order on the app. It was literally just a jr burger with added condiments and bacon. I ordered 10 minutes before heading out and chose pick up inside since it said on the app it was faster. Once I arrived, my order wasn't ready. The lady at the register had to tell the cook and i heard her tell her my order and noticed she didn't tell her to add bacon so i told her that i had bacon too and she said yes she knows. I waited 5 minutes, received my order, and headed back to work. I got there, and my burger was missing condiments and the bacon. I was so upset because it took time from my short lunch break, and i couldn't go back to get it right. I always check my orders before leaving, but I was in a rush. If they couldn't get this small burger order right, then I don't think i want to risk a regular order. I'm not sure that I'll be coming back to this location, or I'll just make sure I check my order...
