Buffalo Wild Wings 'GO' — Restaurant in Pasadena

This location is new to me . Only been there a few times 1st time best service 2nd time forgot something I didn't really feel like going back especially mad since they where laughing in the back. 3 time I ordered my food on the app because no one was in the front . And again today march 30,2025 same thing no one was in the front they were goofing around in the back so I decided to order thru the app the young man came out from the bathroom so I understood but the ones in the back not once came out to check the front . So service is just horrible. I work for customer service I hate leaving reviews like this But this the 3 time getting less than bare minium service. I love buffalo wild wings best spot they put in pasadena. But your employees are rude . When the young man finally got the front he gave this glare then went back to his phone like okay I guess you don't need anything. I know ordering from the app is the best now since going in...

Hello , Today 4/4/2025, I ordered food online, and it was okay but veggies need be more full in bag. I believe we should get what we pay for. So it wasn't enough so ...I came back to get more veggies and wrap sandwich and brownie. I don't know how the manager runs a store with loud music ( mind you they were cussing in music) and the employees were loud obnoxious and were using profanity. First of all, I'm a store manager and my employees don't play music at all, and we don't use profanity. The employees need to be re-trained and no music and watch their mouth. The owner will loose customers like that having employees that don't work correct. That's really rachet and disrespectful. This was my first and last time coming, no longer will I buy food...

The employees looked like they didn’t want to be there or they’re getting underpaid. Ok so the food was so bad the boneless chicken was so small it didn’t look worth the money I also ordered the large potato wedges they gave me a large box and looks like they filled it whit a small size wedges I added 3 ranch 1 blue cheese I didn’t get any of that, don’t go to this location it is so bad just go to the actual restaurant location in fairmont they have great service and the portions...
