Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Pasadena

I'm not the one who writes bad reviews on people but this place is completely Unprofessional. I had to call them over them not sending all of my food, the girl who answered the phone asked if this was delivery or pick up and I told her niether I already ordered my food and she asked to put me on hold and I told her no I already placed my order and then while I was in the middle of my sentence she placed me on hold anyways. she finally picked up the phone again and asked how may I help you. I told her I need to speak w the store manager. she asked again how may I help you. I told her I needed to speak to the store manager. she goes ugh ok keeps the phone on line then puts me on hold again with out any warning. finally another girl gets on the line and asks how can I help I asked if she was the store manager? no answer just how can I help you. this went on 3 times before she would answer me. then I asked what her name was. again 3 times I had to ask before I got a name by Trisha who said she was the store manager. I told her at how unprofessional her staff was and that I never got all of my order. she said she would send a driver to bring me the rest of my food. she never got my name never listened to what I said her staff did so I told her I would write a review which she has no problem in me doing because if she was a store manager she would care but she didn't even pertend to care about taking care of the customers! the sad thing is is last year I ordered food from this place and got all burnt food. the store manager then listened and took care of the problem. a year later thought maybe it will be a good experience.. but nope! terrible customer service.. poor management equals poor customer service... never ordering from...

If the pizza actually makes it to you when ordering delivery then great, Dominos pizza is delicious. HOWEVER, this location has constantly messed up my delivery orders. The first time they dropped it off to my neighbors and they had to tell the driver that they had the wrong house. The second time I had to write a note in the app when ordering to make sure they double check the address, luckily there was no issues. The third time guess what, the app said it was delivered yet I never got it. I called the store and they said that its the system that just predicts when it will be delivered. I think they lied and clicked done in their system so it would show up in a report for the manager that they were slow, tell me if I'm wrong though. After about two hours the driver calls and says they gave him the wrong order and he would drop it off when it's ready. An hour later I'm trying to call the driver and store and neither would answer. I was bored and drove up to the store and I was looking at them through the window as they just completely ignored the phone lol. So yeah idk if it's because they're understaffed or it's something else but I figured I would type all of this out so the franchise owner will...

Typically we have a great experience. We have ordered plenty of times and our food is always perfect. Today 3/1/21 they gave us an old pepperoni thin pizza. Unfortunately we didn’t see it until we decided to grab a slice, by this time the kids had already ate about 1/2 the pizza maybe less. I called about 3 times and the store never answered the first time it kept me on hold for 15min. I finally decided to drive to the store when I arrived I showed them the pizza and explained the situation as politely as possible. The first thing the girl said was, well it’s half eaten. She was a bit rude despite the pizza being old and extremely thin, thin to the point we couldn’t grab it off the box, we had ordered hand tossed.

Thankfully they decided to make us a new one. Our pizza was ordered at 7:37pm it is now 8:56pm we are outside the store waiting for the new pizza.

So overall quality of food is great. Delivery guys are nice and respectful. Customer service, phone and in store definitely do not recommend.
