Eight Turn Crepe Pasadena — Restaurant in Pasadena

Everything about this place is amazing, with one exception. I’ve tried the mango tea, taro tea, lychee valentine and matcha crepe and they were all perfect. I get my teas less sweet. However, a constructive complaint that I really think the owners need to implement is that the place is not kid friendly. There’s no high chairs here and the white display case at the front has a low hanging pointy corner which my toddler son hit his head on. This place should really baby proof that corner because it’s very pointy and unsafe for kids. There’s also enough space in the very neat and clean bathroom for a baby changing station, but alas there is none. That corner in the front should be a priority however. The Nutella and strawberry creep is the best it taste great and so does the banana one but the one thing is that they take a long time to make which is understandable since they make them right there

I showed up for a pick up order and it hadn’t even been started yet. I was told that I would have to wait 10 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. This is the manager’s fault, not the employee, for only having 1 person on staff. I get paid by the delivery, not by the hour, so I literally have to work a longer day now because of you, jagoff. I could have picked up another order in the time it took me to get my order. Are you going to pay me the money you just took out of my pocket from you trying to cut corners on your labor costs?
