I’m usually not the one for writing food reviews cause “heyyy things happen!” But NOOOO!! I have to say something! This is absolutely the WORST chipotle I have ever had in 14 years from multiple cities and states in my life! THE WORST! A 10 year old could have done a better job and I’m sure READ and understand clear instructions as left on the Uber eats order! I ordered a chicken bowl from Uber eats with clear instructions and when I say ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was right?! I mean NOTHING!! The chicken was burnt salty and barely existed! The bowl was poorly made the rice was hard no beans cheese or veggies the tortillas are beyond hard and the chips are stale. I’ve never witnessed little portion of lettuce! Wow! I’m so offended that a team member would even make this order as such and package it like it’s ok! Are you serious? To be paid a hourly wage to do a job with zero care is sad! This is 100% preventable and if only ppl kept the same energy they had in the interview asking for the job IN THE WORKPLACE it would be appreciated! I have never experienced chipotle this poorly! I’m so offended Im terrified to even take another chance at this location period! As a past Chipotle team member/kitchen manager years and years ago, I’ve always held high respect for the brand and how they treat their employees and customers! Read moreI wouldn’t recommend this location at all. Me and my sister were one of the first customers of the day. We had just went worked out and needed some food for replenishing. The store opened at 1045 we walked in at 1042 or something like that. We stood at the order table for 3 minutes. No one acknowledged us not once. Mind you the workers were working on a catering order so the worker sees us right there and didn’t even bother to acknowledge us. No Gm ma’am I’ll be right with you or nothing. We’re people of color and it’s very distasteful of them to test us that way. I understand that they were busy but simple communication could’ve sufficed at that moment. Like be serious it’s part of the job description to greet and inform. & don’t even get me started on the manager that was making online orders but did the same thing. But screamed at the employee it’s 1045 to get of them to make our bowls. SMH customer service has really gone down the drain. Read moreI've been using the Chipotle mobile app to order delivery from here for 3 months now. They deliver using Doordash. While the food has been consistently good, Doordash is not. Here are 3 reasons why:
They're always at least 15-30 minutes late By the time it's at my door, the food is no longer warm One time, within 2 weeks ago, I pick up the delivery bag - and a bowl falls out the bottom to the ground. Turns out the bag is ripped & wet and both bowls are crushed (see pictures).
While I can understand increased demand due to the pandemic, it should not mean a sacrifice of quality control. Doordash needs to take a long, hard look at what their drivers are doing. My bad experiences with them are not limited to Chipotle, they've screwed up with deliveries from other restaurants as well.
Chipotle, please hold the Doordash drivers accountable for keeping the delivered food above par. A little goes a long way. Thank you!
