Refresqueria Arco Iris — Restaurant in Pasadena

First time going to this refresqueria and I will definitely be back. We got all of what is pictured for only $21!!! That’s honestly amazing to me and it was all delicious. A hit or miss indicator for me is if a place is skimpy with the elote mayo and cheese, but this place actually put a good amount of both mayo and cheese! The raspa ice is not as soft as another refresqueria I have been to, but this place is still great! There was a roach in my cup of corn. I was about half way through eating the cup and I noticed something black and of a wierd not corn shape. It was a roach! I took it to the window and the sales girl acted as if she couldn't tell what it was. Then without an apology or any sign of remorse she offered me a refund. I ordered strawberries with cream, as I usually do, but was given snow cones with no strawberries. When I let her know the order was wrong if she could add the strawberries and I would pay the difference she told me I’d have to place a new order. When I asked for a refund and to speak with a manager, she suddenly acted like she didn’t understand me, even though she had been speaking clear English the entire time.
