I have been ordering from Domino's for years and not one time have I've ever encountered a interaction like the one I experienced last night. I place a order for delivery to my apartment as always & upon the delivery driver arriving I'm always at the door lights on with my money in hand to help ensure the driver feels safe. Well upon the driver arrival, he immediately shined his flashlight in my face as if he was a cop & I was a criminal. Mind you, not at my apartment door to make sure it was the right apartment, but directly in my eyes almost the whole interaction. Then he never even said hi, hello, I'm Domino's, or nothing he just proceeds to yell out my order total loudly as he could like I was deaf or he was trying to get the whole apartment complex attention. So finally now he decides to shine his flashlight at my hands where the money for my order was the whole time plus his tip, takes the money and never say Thank you, have a good night, or nothing and just walks off. As a black person in today's society we know when we are being racially discriminated against and last night I felt every bit of it. If he interacts that way towards a black woman at night doing deliveries, I can only imagine how he interacts with our black males. Read moreOrder was horrible!!! 40pcs wings were cold and under cooked. Called to get pizza instead i guess exchange for same value as wings. Was told by the manager I'd have to pay for pizza and after the wings make it back to store and are all there refund will be issued in 5-7 business days depending on my personal bank. She said its company policy. Absolutely, did not show any concern for the customer at all. In the food business with order of 40 pcs. Wings clearly there was company over. Domino's was the delivery of choice. However, we were all let down that night. The driver later came back to retrieve the wings. She was VERY polite and was tip by us each time. Regardless of the situation that wasn't a great night after a 3 hour process. I asked for the franchise owner name i was told she's been working for him 8 years. Clearly he isn't aware of the manner in which she handles unsatisfied customers. Pascagoula Domino's needs some serious employee training on product management. As well as "Company politics"

Erik if you’re reading this. Keep doing EXACTLY what you’re doing. Don’t let anyone tell you that you’re not doing a good job or that you’re insignificant. I know the man standing here before me, figuratively, will become the CEO of Dominos or create his own path to excellence....
