I was at Taco Bell on court street tonight, twice. The first time I had issues with the Taco Bell app not completing my order but charged me twice. I went I'm to talk to the employees face to face and was told they couldn't do anything about the situation because it's a third person app and to get ahold of them or to stop payment through my bank. I was polite knowing that the people working are just worker trying to live and I went ahead and ordered again and PAID again, totaling $150.00. Fine, I'll deal with it. Although, I get home to find that a dinner chicken bowl was missing so I gave the bean burritos that had had gotten for lunch tomorrow for a couple co-workers and myself to the person at home that didn't receive there meal to eat. I chose to wait until later when I went to the store to go back and tell them and replace the burritos that I needed for lunch considering that I just worked a 10 hrs shift and was hungry and exhausted and just wanted to chill for a moment. Now tell me what kind of person is going to tell me that because there cook said they gave it to me and not give a rats ass about what I was telling her and not comply to what I had bought and was nit given. Worst experience I have had for customer service in my life. I really can not imagine why this establishment would be any kind of proud to have employees like that. And to top it off they LIED! What, my God I'm 54 years old and I sure as he'll wasn't trying to waist my time getting something for free and lying. I am so mad right now that I have gotten treated like this and I really want something to be done with those who were working 11/7/2024 between 7 and 8:30pm at this location. If this doesn't get any attention by doing this i will keep going until it does. I won't be back fast food is skyrocketing in prices how can you work minimum wage and pay that for food fast food is becoming a luxury for the rich instead of lunch for the poor. Read moreI am an assistant manager myself in fast food I just left this dump 2 min ago and I was order number 11a140 my order had 2 large nacho fries in it when I got home they were smalls I called to see if I could get a refund or replacement at a later date. This what we do with messed up orders you always make it right for the customer. But she refused unless we came back immediately claiming they don't do refunds only replacements if we showed back up right away. I just got off work I'm not trying to do that. Also the drive thru order taker didn't seem to have no customer service experience nor comprehension of what he was doing or saying.
