Over the summer of 2024 I’ve had issue after issue with this place.
If you do online ordering (DoorDash/UberEats) don’t be surprised if part of your order doesn’t exist at arrival, potentially has hair in it, packaged sloppily, As this has happened to me at most 4 times.
If you do dine-in/take out it’s slightly better. You’ll get all of your food, but then the shotty service kicks in to high gear. The issues that I have had in person are as follows:
-Workers have taken 15 to 20 minutes in the restroom as customers are waiting and have repetitively knocked on the door. What irks me the most is that sometimes these workers come out with their phone in their hands texting, almost appearing as if they didn’t wash their hands. I get that breaks are a thing, but use the restroom swiftly so customers can still use them. This is definitely disgusting, as this is a Food Handling Safety violation.
-The atmosphere of this particular location, feels nonexistent. The customer service is below par.
-When workers are not in their busy hours at all, and there is only me or maybe one other person waiting for their food, workers can sometimes take 10 to 15 minutes to prepare said food. Which feels like a long time for some of the certain items that are on their menu.
-If you ever call the store, do not be surprised if they do not pick up the first or second or third time, especially when it’s not during busy hours.
-If you do get your phone call answered, the phone etiquette, energy, and telecommunication skills, fuel almost nonexistent. It really just sounds like that person is just trying to get off the phone as quick as possible, and return to their shift, that they barely work as is.
-The atmosphere in this particular location does not exist at all. Where I understand that this is a minimum wage job, you still need to put a smile on your face, and you still need to be able to be respectful and energetic towards customers (as long as the CU is respectful to you) fake it even. I feel like this location does none of that, based off of multiple in person interactions, and phone calls that I have had.
As for the Management, there is also no energy, no emotion from them as well. I feel like they just gave a typical manager response which was “ I will talk to my crew about this.” The manager also stated to me that they have been having a very high turnover rate, and multiple people quitting shortly after hiring. If that truly is a problem, then I feel like there is a problem with the management there, and that management needs to be reassessed at that specific location.
As for some of the goods, I can definitely say that this is a good company, and they definitely serve quality food for what they are. I just wish that the management of this particular location would be better, so that way the environment for said location would also be better. The management needs to be able to make it to where they workers are being, or feeling, that they are truly being rewarded for their work. Let’s be real nobody wants to work a minimum wage job these days, but unfortunately we need jobs. It’s my best interest to see that management offer an award system, or accomplishment system, or basically interact with their crew members/ Coworkers to keep the energy alive and their spirits uplifted. I feel like that this would increase the atmosphere, and reduce the...
Read moreOur family stopped by Bruchi's in Pasco WA about 1:40 p.m. on 7/1/2018. We noticed that one of the employee's was by the trash bin at the end of the parking lot. This same employee was back inside the restaurant when we walked inside and we noticed he had slipped on plastic gloves. I also noticed that the young lady at the register had 2 boxes she was carrying around. There were a couple other customers in the restaurant but it seemed to be pretty quiet when we arrived. I asked the young man if he would please wash his hands before putting on his gloves since he would be preparing our food. I asked the young lady at the register if she would please wash her hands after ringing up our order if she would be preparing our food. A co-worker walked up to the young lady at the register and asked what I had asked her to do? I explained that I wanted to ensure that they washed their hands since it didn't appear that that was a requirement when taking out the trash and then returning to the grill. We have not had bad experiences in the past but this time it was obvious that none of the employees appeared to be concerned with the fact that they could make their customers sick. I am hesitant to recommend this restaurant to...

This is the third time I've given them a break, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day, but this is it. My wife and I went in 40 minutes before closing, and they were already closing up, which seemed early. It was weird; they were whispering like they didn't want to take our order. Finally, a young woman reluctantly took our order, and guess what? They were out of bread.
I thought that was kinda funny, seeing that stack of hamburger buns over there. I said, "It's cool, use those," but then this guy, outta nowhere, said he wouldn't use them. I was shocked by his attitude and how he talked to my wife and me. I told him it was fine, but he got even more upset, saying it was against company policy, and that he'd make us burgers if we wanted. It was clear nobody wanted to serve us, or be nice about it. And honestly, who wants a meal made by someone who's pissed...
