McDonald's — Restaurant in Pasco

7/6 new review how can I give this place a -10 tonight I ordered a Big Mac meal with a side of Big Mac sauce on the side . Would I ended up getting was a Big Mac with Big Mac sauce that was so runny and the whole Big Mac covered in Big Mac sauce I took it back down to McDonald's and got my money refunded this place is so bad 12/15New update: today I ordered sausage McMuffin w egg where is the sausage I ask? New update I made a mistake and bought a hot chocolate for two of almost six bucks and this was a large hot chocolate and I guess we can't even fill up the cup because we got to fill half of it with some Cool whip. How can I even give you -25 stars now. New Update different day: Today we ordered a cheeseburger but it came with no cheese. It's like there are so busy laughing and playing they forget to go things. See pics below. Update I have to change my review because today not only do you up your costs and frappes but today I got a frapee that was ice chips. Like there was nothing there to drink because it was literally ice chips. If you don't know how to make one then don't and don't serve it to somebody this is ridiculous. I was the only one in the Drive-Thru and I received my Coke at the first window I was told to go to the second window because no cars were behind me and I get this number very disappointed. They were busy they were polite the food was hot like it should be they were very helpful The restaurant on Court Street in Pasco was extremely clean the bathrooms were very clean also everyone working there to me it looked like it was getting along with everyone else very well I pay attention when I going to restaurants as to what's going on and I got good vibes from this restaurant I live in College Place so I don't make it over to McDonald's in Pasco on Court Street very often but the only problem I've ever had at the Court Street McDonald's in Pasco was it used to be the birds would not leave you alone because too many people were feeding them french fries and stuff but I didn't notice that this time when I went there if I'm not mistaken and I may be I think they have signs out there asking people not to feed the birds cuz the birds get pretty wild acting if you start feeding them but I would recommend that as a good place to eat as a clean...

McDonald's management/ corperate are forcing thier cashiers to get foid orders on Kiosk machines. To me n many ither customer's opinion is that they're eleminating jobs. I know Cashiers are just doing thier jobs by taking your orders n showing you how to do it by dragging you to 1 of thier machines. What I mean by dragging you, is that they're instructed yo not take your orders at the cashiers machines. I feel bad for them, because even if they punch in the orders at Kiosk machine n an order is beung taken manualy by an attendant, the order at the cashier is done n 2 to 3 minutes we're still playing with the Kiosk.... Smh...n the drive through service??? 8 outta 10 times, it's not the right order n have to walk in n gt it right n no compansation for the Inconvenience...... Btw n 2 windows n Not get it right????
