Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Paso Robles

Pulled in to the drive thru today at 1130, 3rd in line. After 5 minutes of waiting with no movement of any vehicles, I backed up and went inside. 3 people working, one at the window appearing completely confused, one tall gentleman working the grill and serving drinks to the 4 parties waiting, and one gal. At one time the gal came to the register, but immediately left to go into the back. After 4 minutes at the front of the line on a limited time schedule for lunch, I left. The 1st vehicle in line when I pulled up was still not assisted. You may be short staffed but your employees should have the courtesy to recognize your customers and let them know they are seen and (ideally) how long until they might get service. Don't recommend this place to anyone anymore and that's a shame 'cause for fast food...

We are regulars through the drive thru, but tonight, we confused their Buttery Jacks, and got one with lettuce instead when we needed the bacon & swiss for my son. We went around back through drive thru, and the guy, Chris, who apparently took our order claimed he was in charge but suddenly couldn't speak any english(?!), and had some girl tell us too bad for us. Wow. He was laughing and smirking next to her and kept speaking spanish to her. At least she had the decency not to laugh. I honestly don't know what to think except this kid was acting like he felt proud of himself or something like he got to stick it to us. I've never had a fast food place make me feel so sh*y. Either way, we won't be going there anymore. Luckily, McDonalds is right across the street. Happy...

Please believe me. Don't eat here. I am not a person that complains about petty things. Thus place is all bad. Bad food. Bad service. Bad cleaning. Bad hygiene. Bad bad bad. We will be eating at the AM PM next door.

They have one of those new drink machines with thousands of options and only had coke and lime flavors available. Almost all food was out. Every time we ordered the guy rolled his eyes and said "we are out, anything else". Then they changed the cashier halfway through the order and it got messed up. And many other things that would take forever to explain. While we ate they messed up every order after us.

So trust me. Go...
