After watching about 10 people parade across the store without a mask, I asked to speak to a manager. I asked her how come the rule they have posted on their doors are not being enforced. She told me that corporate tell them to not confront anyone. She was very nice and polite. I then encountered two customers with no mask and told them that there were masks available at the front for them to wear. One of the ladies rudely tells me that “a mandate is not a law” so she won’t put it. Later, I came across them once again and asked them to put their masks on. One of them pushes by shopping cart back towards me, which needless to say, made me very upset. Finally an employee called for a lady named Hannah. Hannah proceeded to tell me that they want every customer to feel comfortable shopping at the store. I told her I didn’t feel comfortable shopping there with people not wearing a mask. When I asked her if she was going to tell them the same thing, she got all agitated and rude. Another man, who was not wearing a name tag but had an uniform, comes along and tells me that if I keep “harassing “ the other customers by telling them to put a mask on, he will make me leave the store. I’m not sure as to why these people feel the need to protect the ones who don’t follow the rules. Another one of their rules is that you have to wear a shirt to enter the store. I wonder if someone goes in shirtless, if anyone will say something… guess not, it would make the shirtless person too uncomfortable after all. Oh, and then I also came across employees not wearing their masks properly… Guess if you go to this store, there are no rules or expectations… they can’t turn a customer down after all. They might loose 30 dollars and that’s way more important than lives.

I really wish I could give a higher review because I love my PS5 and I was able to pick it up in person. However, Target sold me a faulty controller that was defective upon day 1 unboxing. It won’t work with any corded headset and the left analog stick has drift that has become so bad it’s almost unusable. Extremely frustrating and insurance will not replace it. I’m sure Target expects me to spend $80 on a new controller which is unacceptable . I will be looking into this further.

Pretty cool Target Store in Paso Robles. I like the layout and familiar merchandise. The employees were kind of friendly, most of times. I stay at an Airbnb nearby and I visited this store daily.

Today I decided to pull off Highway 101 and visit this target after driving by this location more than 20 times a year for the past 6 years and conduct a little bit of Christmas shopping. After selecting our items that were on sale in the kitchen section we proceeded to self-checkout. One of the items rank up the incorrectly price from what was posted on the end cap display (SALES TAG) we asked the self-checkout cashier for some assistance he got on his walkie-talkie and called a front and Associate by the name of (Amanda) that immediately approached us with an attitude. Started to explain to her the display and she cut us off from speaking and said she would go check she came back with a different item and continue to have an attitude. We try to explain to her again that was not what was on the display she said yes it was making us upset at this point and angry by the way she was talking to us or I should say at us. My wife walked to the back take a picture of the sales display. Has my wife walk to the back to take that picture of the associate by the name of Amanda popped back up and my wife asked her look at this display she never saw the one we were talking about because she never let us finish speaking she told my wife no I don't have to look at it. But she came to the end of the aisle and actually took a look at it and everything we were telling her at the front of the store was correct she was speechless at that point. Just putting my review on here about this Paso Robles Target. This will be my first time and last time that I will stop at this location.

Did contact the store immediately from the parking lot and...

The only reason this store is getting 4☆'S is because of the young lady who was working in the toy section. Nice girl who walked me from the toy department to the electronic department to find the Funko pops. Other than her I walked past at least 8 employees from the women's, men's, electronics, seasonal, stationary, infant and households departments without being acknowledged. It wasn't that busy for a Wednesday night people. Starting to act like Walmart up in Paso Robles.

Update I went in on 7/8/2016 they reserved an item I called from the slo target and they had placed the item on hold for me. When I arrived at the customer service desk up front the young lady pulled my item and asked if I had more shopping to do or if I'd like to pay for it there. I decided to keep shopping thank you young lady for being so helpful, I'm sorry I didn't catch her name but I did continue shopping and when I got up to the register the young lady up front who was a cashier Meghan I believe made me feel welcomed and was very pleasant rang me up and had me on my way thank you ladies great job. I bumped the rating up to 5 stars because they're staff makes up for the things the...
