I am revising my original 5 star review of great customer service with a wonderful supply. I went back today and received help from some wonderful employees. By the time I got back towards the front of the store, an employee, Alan, who had been holding down a counter since I came into the store, confronted me to say I needed to wear a mask. It is not an employee's job to police their customers. It is also my responsibility to protect my health, not any store I shop. Any customer with medical reasons to not wear masks has that right. I wish all businesses well during this time, but I will not be returning to OSH as viruses are not going away. I was simply looking for the time that OSH opens tomorrow morning, but I realized that I should submit my review because I am very, very happy with the excellent customer service that I’ve received shopping at OSH. I read some of the reviews and I noticed that there weren’t that many recent reviews which surprised me because I think that the current staff at the California THEATER DRIVE PASO ROBLES location are top notch professionals. I had not been into an OSH in a long while, but today I was pleasantly surprised. They have upped their game. Friendly as always... but now the storefront and interior had a mich needed makeover. This store is in a nice shopping complex with other great stores. The parking lot was spacious and clean, logical and landscaped. Although this company might not be nearly as large as the themepark big boxers', they had everything i needed. Quite conveniently I found the items on my shopping list in less time than walking a mile over isles and isles... and got a great value on quality parts. Overall very good experience here.. and definitely going to have to check out their gardening section on my next visit. Also, very easy...
