Five Below — Local services in Paso Robles

Please don't shop here. Today while purchasing my items an employee runs in front of me and pushes the 9 for MY survey. They have no right to touch the machine when my card is in there, let alone a survey for a customer. He stated that his manager told him to do this. When I asked to talk to a manager I was told there is no manager in the store anymore. They refused to give me I formation to contact anyone from 5 below. I will not return here. The other visit I had here was just as bad I was going to buy gift cards for 5 children 20.00 each and No one there could transfer money to the cards, so I left. This is not a family store they are money grabbers that tell young, inexperienced, vulnerable kids to act inappropriately....

I was glad Five Below had what I needed. I am quite picky and particular when it comes to food and snacks. I usually won’t buy something if it isn’t exactly what I’m looking for or exactly within my tastes, because otherwise, I won’t enjoy it. On Friday, I was craving a Slim Jim beef stick. I checked the Target and Michael’s in the vicinity, and neither of them had any as far as I could see. When I turned to Five Below, lo and behold, they had Slim Jim. Different varieties, too. I also found many other snacks, such as gummies and Buldak ramen. I brought them back to my hotel, which was just a five minute walk away. A convenient location with fair prices, many options, and a fast checkout, I couldn’t really ask...

The store is actually quite big and has great name brand items with a good selection. Some items did not appear to be hpriced below supermarket prices whereas other items such as toys, personal and miscellaneous are marked well below. The store didn't seem to be well organized and the shelves appeared to be empty or picked over. Nonetheless, we were able to find plenty of goodies and toys for the Christmas Holidays. So, I figured we must have arrived on an off day. I will definitely try the store again as it did save us money. The prices were good for this...
