McDonald's — Restaurant in Paterson

Was recently at this location visiting family. I have the McDonald's app for "deals".... the location had the scanners for said app but I was rudely told they weren't working (which was fine because most don't) then I asked the cashier if he minded manually typing it in which he replied he couldn't and wouldn't. On top of the cashier being rude, he snatched my money out of my hand, the prices were ridiculously high compared to the one a few blocks away (and in more south Jersey). Homeless begged for money while my husband and I were eating, their sweet tea tasted like it was sitting around in the container for days, our fries were cold, sandwhiches were gross looking. Overall horrible!! We vowed never to eat there again!! They also claimed their restroom was out of service but I saw at least two employees use...

I don't eat here often but I do come everyday to enjoy my morning coffee, which is always good. When I have ordered food , it's always good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The recent decision to cover the power outlets has worked well to keep non paying people out. The decision has really changed the whole dynamic of the restaurant for the better. Just a few months ago the place was filled up with people just taking up space to charge their phones, whilst making it difficult to enjoy your coffee and/or food. Many of those people had a very unappetizing smell unfortunately. Nobody should feel like they should eat their food elsewhere because of non paying people are either taking up all the tables, being loud and disrespectful, or because of the fact it just...

Complaint about these McDonald's at Market St, Downtown Paterson N.J. It seen that the restrooms it is never available to the customers to use after certain time at night, sometimes 21/2 hours prior to be closed to the public. These scenario happens very frequent. I understand that if you have a business which serve food to the public you are obligated to provide restrooms service to everyone who is consuming and spending money at your business. Another thing is that some of your supervisor do what they like to because like I was told by the one supervising tonight at about 8:35 p.m. she said that she will not let me use the restroom because she said so. Also they place a sign on the door with the "Out of Order" 2 to 3 hours before the 11:00 p.m....
