Follow-up Response: I appreciate the reply. You've reiterated what we discussed in person. Again, if there is an issue with the way your business partner (DoorDash) is misrepresenting your menu or pricing to your prospective customers then I think that's an issue you need to resolve, not me as a customer. I'm not interested in a refund; it's roughly $25 and I couldn't care less about it.

Original Review: The food is delicious and consistent. However, recent experience (although the fault of DoorDash) has soured my view of the establishment. I was overcharged for an order and when I asked about it in person when I picked it up, their response was "take it up with DoorDash". That's not acceptable. Not expecting any handouts or free service but if you get business (and payment) through a third party then you have a responsibility to make it work right. I won't patronize this place again despite the quality...

Greedy owners + overpriced fried chicken. Take your money elsewhere! What they are doing should not be allowed especially when Pelicana is a franchise. They're charging $19 for 10 bone-in wings and they charge an extra $2 (which you have to pay or you can't order) for you to choose a sauce?? At any other Pelicanas and any other fried chicken spot, there is no charge for you to pick your BASE SAUCE because it is implied that you need to choose a sauce when you're ordering wings. Any other Pelicana or korean chicken spot charges about $13-$14 for 8 wings. This place charges $21 for 10 wings and not to mention the food often came out room temperature and not very cripsy. Their food is mediocre and their prices are completely not on par with other spots. Terrible experience. Went once and will not be returning. Fix your prices! Greed will kill a business faster than anything else....

We had spicy fried wings, half plain crispy spicy so very crispy, half with sauce, and grilled wings. We also got 2 spicy dumplings, beef and vegetable, sweet potato fries. Loved the spiciness. Came with small but enough corn salad and pickled radish, both a nice little extra, but not what we were there for. Both kinds of wings good in different ways, but favorite was the spicy fried, and wings were meaty and done nicely. We got several extra sauces to try, we all liked different ones better. It is a carryout place mostly, and was clean, with some chairs for those who want a quick bite there. We really enjoyed our meal, picked it up prior to PSU game, as did some people right after us, but not too busy to be fast. They said 20-25 min, and they were ready and very nice.
