I updated this review on October 27, 2021 to state that Chipolte maintains its high-quality food. Now that Qdoba has changed its menu, Chipolte has moved above Qdoba in taste.
Unfortunately, I had to reduce my rating because their order accuracy has slipped. Just this week, I had to receive a 50% discount from DoorDash because none of the three orders of chips were included.
It's astonishing to me how these companies can make egregious errors like this. When I worked at the Olive Garden, in six months I never had anyone lodge a complaint on a takeout order that was my fault, and the only thing I did to prevent that was to double-check every bag for every item.

I do not believe that Chipotle's food is as good as that of the Qdoba next door, but I've started ordering from Chipotle more than any other restaurant recently because their order accuracy and delivery times are incredible.
Yesterday, I received a wrong pizza from Papa John's yet again, and they had one driver who would deliver the remake long after I had to fall asleep. So I told Papa John's I wanted a refund, and placed an order at Chipotle. 12 minutes (!) later, it showed up at the door, completely accurate.
After six months of delivery orders, not a single Chipotle order has arrived longer than 25 minutes later, and the order accuracy has been 100%. The consistency between the orders is also perfect; when you order double chicken, you get twice as much chicken, every time, whereas at Qdoba you get however much someone decides to give.
I've had it with restaurants that can't follow simple instructions like what ingredients to put on a pizza, or who can't give their employees measuring cups for ingredients. There are other restaurants with higher quality ingredients, but that doesn't matter if you're constantly throwing away food that has been made for a...
Read moreSHORT: Meat portion sizes are WAY too small for the price, even if you ask for more and/or pay for double meat.
LONG: Service (behavior) is not good not bad just acceptable which is fine. The issue is the prices + portions are so infuriating that I'm done with Chipotle until I consistently hear things have changed, so maybe years from now. Or never idc. I have to pay for double meat now to get a reasonable portion, the same portion I used to get just as recently as a couple years ago. It pushes the total to a bit over $16 with no drink or chips. The food is still tasty and enjoyable, but for the price you can order take out from many other places and get something as good or better without the hassle of fighting and worrying about portion. For the price of a double meat burrito or bowl from Chipotle, you can literally get a fresh high quality grilled steak + 2 sides + fresh baked bread from Texas Roadhouse, right down the road, which will also have more MEAT than the double meat you paid for at Chipotle. It's really simple. When I go to eat out, I don't want to fight over portion sizes. Just give me what I paid for. Chipotle's system has resulted in a horrible customer experience where one of the main things I have to deal with when ordering is whether I'm getting the right portion size. No thanks! I don't think anything will change, the CEO's recent statements admitting portions are too small hasn't done anything nor do I think it will. But I'll still lodge my complaint here and hope they can fix things because the...
Read moreI usually come to this location for lunch, as many as 3x per week. Lunch is almost always good at this location- very few occurrences of poor quality food. The chips in the morning are usually leftover from the night before, I presume, since my most common issue when arriving before 1130am is stale chips. If you go early and the chip shelf isnât stocked fully, maybe skip chips.
The weekday morning crew are very friendly and very accommodating. They are considerate for those with allergies and are willing to get new stock of items if thereâs visible cross contact. They always keep the place clean too, wiping down the line regularly and changing gloves between customers.
Iâve come here a few times at night, and service and food quality are incredibly variable. I presume theyâre understaffed for how busy it is at night, especially on weekends because Iâve only ever seen this place in complete disarray at night- line caked in meat and cheese, drink bar empty of napkins, lids, and cutlery, and garbage piled so high itâs pouring on the floor. The only time Iâve ever come into contact with poor attitudes is during these evenings when the vibe of the whole restaurant is âlooks and feels like it was hit by a busâ. Iâve worked in fast food for several years so Iâm aware this poor attitude typically comes from being underpaid and understaffed. I hope that Chipotle can address these two things so the staff can have less stress overall. Happy staff,...
