I went through the Drive-Thru with some friends around 2am and had an awful experience. I understand that it's a college town and that's not an easy shift to be working anywhere, but the behavior and demeanor of the employees was rude and unwarranted for any time of day. Ahead of me some people were trying to order, but didn't have a car and thus were refused service, which is entirely understandable, as it would have been a safety issue for them to walk through a drive-thru. When I came up to the speaker, I was immediately interrogated on if I was ordering for them and upon my response the first employee taking my order huffed and puffed and then a new person started taking my order. When I came to the window after waiting for the car in front of mine to get their order, the employee was short with me and practically threw my card and receipt back at me. As I waited for my order, numerous employees came to the window and attempted to look into my car. When they finally brought my food, another employee came to the window and did not hand me my food until she practically leaned over in attempt to see into my vehicle and then finally handed me my order. It was ridiculous to ask me who I was buying food for, and even further so outrageous behavior to attempt to look into my vehicle to see who was in it. I don't know what the employees had an issue with, but I hope that they are able to seek help for their anxiety...
Read moreCame through today. Made our order through drive thru, pulled up, and payed. While in line still we had to remind the girl that we had two drinks. Waited on the drink she hands out our bag. Now mind you when ordering they asked what kind of sauce if any at all. She confirmed and repeated the order back so was very concerned. We get close to our destination and see that there is still a missing part of our order. Had to drive back. Went back through drive thru again and said xyz was missing as well. She tells us to pull up and we do. We wait 23 minutes exactly until we are giving the rest of our order. My mistake was not getting a receipt so I'm not exactly sure the store number. I understand being short-staffed. I understand there's lunch hours but when it's only three pieces of food with two drinks that should have never happened. Read moreI am absolutely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. I placed an order through the mobile app to pick up inside, expecting a quick and smooth process, but after 30 minutes, I finally got my order. When I checked, I realized that I had paid for several add-ons, but none of them were added to my order. To make matters worse, my soft potato taco had only two pieces of potato in it—barely enough to even call it a taco!
I tried to reach out to the employees for help, calling multiple times (3-4 times), but no one bothered to answer. Eventually, I had to call out loudly just to get someone’s attention. When I finally spoke to an employee, she gave me a terrible attitude, essentially telling me that it was my problem and that I was the one who ordered wrong.
The service was horrendous, and it’s clear they don’t care about their customers. Honestly, don’t waste your time or money here—there are much better...
