After a camping trip with my friends we stopped at this Chili’s for lunch, as a group of people who love going to Chili’s, we were very excited to show our one friend her first time eating there! However our experience was more than subpar. Our server seemed immediately irritated from first touch at the table simply taking our drink orders. We each ordered appetizers, entrees, sides, and alcoholic beverages, making for quite the tab. Throughout the service our server was nowhere to be seen only refilling a few of our drinks at the very end of the meal. Multiple of our food items were undercooked/soggy/cold. As we sat all very clearly done eating, ready for boxes we watched as seemingly every member of the team actively avoided our table. After a while of this we decided to ask a server in a near by section to which he made direct eye contact with us, chuckled and walked into the kitchen. We then proceeded to ask another server who also very clearly actively ignored us. As a group of 5 people who all work or have worked in the hospitality industry for a long time, this level of disrespect and ignorance from an entire service team is asinine. It was immensely clear that your team took one look at our group and made a summation of the type of patrons we would be and acted accordingly, an absolute ridiculous practice in a hospitality based industry. I implore your management team to take a look at your practices within this location and address...

Chili's used to have great service, great food, and an extensive menu. The corporation has changed since to 80's and not for the better. The signature burgers and other menu items have disappeared to make room for bizarre additions to try to compete with Applebee's, and who knows restaurants. Chili's "updated" the interior and exterior to be part of the crowd, losing the charm of the old look- very farm/homey looking, with all manner of artifacts of childhood and farm/ranch life, with beautiful tiled tabletops that always made it a treat to visit. The current dacor has no soul, no pizazz.
Service- the Payson franchise seems not to value service, for many years- the waitstaff are not customer oriented- they do not seem to understand their tips and very jobs do not depend on providing prompt and courteous service. There are other, better restaurants offering great burgers and sides, great Mexican food, and great American food in town with stellar service. You are better off to try these...
Read moreFood and service was great. There was seven of us. I ordered a hamburger and notice there wasn’t any mustard on the table. I ask a gentleman who was near our table if he could bring us some mustard. His comment was is there something wrong with the catsup? I told him no. Looking around none of the tables had mustard or salt and pepper on their tables. I have never been to a restaurant who serve hamburgers that didn’t have both catsup and mustard on their tables. And not to mention salt and pepper. Turns out the person who questioned me about the catsup was the manager. And the manager sounded annoyed when I ask. I guess next time when and if I eat there again I will bring my own mustard and salt and pepper so I don’t upset the manager. I heard he has only been there for a couple of weeks. But on a good note he does work hard. He needs more training and the company has a stupid policy. The prices they charge you shouldn’t have to ask for these to be brought to your table. How can a company be so big and yet...
