My hubs and I were traveling to Phoenix, stopped her for a quick & "cheap" bite, HA! One of the most horrific experiences ever!!! I got a fish sandwich, no tartar sauce, add mayo & lettuce, a spicy McChicken Sandwich with cheese and lettuce, and a fry with extra salt. My hubs got a docklands l double cheeseburger, no mayo and no butter on the toasted bun, 2 apple pies, spicy nuggets with honey mustard & fries with no salt. Reciept shows accurate order BTW*
I received a totally soft, soggy fish sandwich (the fish and bread both) $7.99, plus $1.98 for flippin lettuce. So horribly inedible, I wouldn't feed my animals that stuff, seriously. My spicy chicken had so much mayo, I had to scrape it off, and again, $1.98 for lettuce! My fries had no salt (both of ours actually, so there was no mistake on that one) and cold & hard. My hubs burger was so tough and overcooked, it had no flavor, EXCEPT the mayo & butter he requested to NOT have! Did not get his apple pies or chicken nuggies, but did get SPICY mustard instead of HONEY mustard.
While we were trying to eat, an adorable & very respectful YOUNG gentleman at front counter (Liam) asked a woman at drive thru "when you have a minute, van you please help me with this?" to which she loudly and very rudely responded "I only have two hands, God only gave me two hands, I can't help you all the time!!!" Totally unnecessary, unbelievable, disrespectful, and EVERYONE in dining could hear her! What a total waste there!
FINALLY, make my complaint about my inedible fish sandwich, TO THE MANAGER mind you. He looked at me as if I was the most incompetent human in the world, dirty looks, Asking what i meant when I was VERY clear... he Odette another one of the same fish sandwiches, I told him I would not like that, either a refund or something different for same price. He ordered me a deluxe chicken sandwich, even though I requested spicy, and it was value of 6.99 instead of 7.99 plus 1.98 lettuce charge. NEVER apologied at all, didn't know I was could speak Spanish, and yelled at the woman making my deluxe chicken sandwich, asking spicy or no, and i responded yes spicy, he told me "No! Regular!" TOTAL LACK OF RESPECT, except for Liam and back of house.
Shame on you guys, one of the BIGGEST fast food companies in the WORLD, and this?!?! Absolutely beyond ridiculous. 😡 $42.89 for pure shiz, literally.

Read moreRead moreWife tried to order 4 Hot n Spicy McChicken Sandwiches at 10:00. Cashier was confused on what she was trying to order and suggested the McChicken Biscuit. Wife told him that no, we want the ones off the lunch menu. The cashier ends up giving her the biscuits anyways. She gets out to the car, and I see that they are biscuits, not sandwiches. I take them back inside at 10:10 and explain to the cashier what happened. — Me to Cashier: “Hi. There was some confusion on what my wife was trying to order. We wanted 4 of the sandwiches, not the biscuits.” Cashier: “Sorry. We can’t do lunch at all before 10:30.” Me: “So you can’t take these chickens and put them on a hamburger bun? Can I just have 4 buns then?” Cashier is contemplating this when the manager comes up. I explain to her what happened. Manager: “Nope. We can’t do lunch at all before 10:30 (remember that this is now at 10:12). If you want the bun and lettuce, we’d have to charge you extra.” Me: “But… you already charged me more for the 4 biscuits than the 4 sandwiches would cost.” Manager: “Sorry. We’d still have to charge you.” Me: “Ok… I’ll take a refund on these then.” Manager then does my refund, explains that it’ll take a few days to show up on my bank account, and tells me to have a nice day. It took a lot for me not to tell her that I’d be having a better day if I had a sandwich to eat. I’ve been working in the restaurant industry since 2014, and I do eat out a fair amount, but I have never seen such a blatant disregard for customer service as I saw today. The cashier was nicer and more accommodating than the manager. My expectations for the Payson McDonald’s already were pretty low, but this experience was rock bottom on every count. Cashier couldn’t understand what my wife was trying to order. Manager has no concept of customer service or customer relations. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with a restaurant...
Updated review: I stopped here yesterday to get something quick to eat for the kids, and the service was amazing. Didn't see the employee from the last visit. The lady on the speaker was the sweetest, and so was the person at window one. Window two was a bit of a challenge with the wrong drinks and broken lids, but he was kind and handed us new lids and straws we needed for the kids' milks. Pulled into spot one, they said 10 minutes for food. Seemed to come faster. Mine was prepared perfectly. They even brought a fork and knife. Thank you!!! It made our drive home so much easier. Changing my very low review to reflect this visit.

The guy who took our order at the drive-thru needs a vacation or another position. He was SO rude. I'm not needy or rude, have a nice tone, and he was just plain ignorant. Heard his voice when I was at the 2nd window, and he was just as arrogant and rude to others. When I was handed my food, they didn't even care it was dumped upside down, and all the cheese stuck to the container and was gross. Honestly, it was just awful. I don't usually complain on my account, but when it's bad, like really bad, I do. I would go to any other restaurant in this town before they'd ever get my...
