Rebecca's Baked Bliss — Restaurant in Payson

I don't even have words, and even if I did, it still would not do this place justice. I ordered a bag last Friday, and by Sunday, they were entirely gone 💀😲 ugh, the sheer horror 💀😲😱 Well, lo and behold, my mom got jealous and also LOVES them, I mean, it's straight voodoo, and We. Are. Addicted. be careful if you ask how she makes them 😉 So I bought 2 more bags, one for me, one for the mama, but for some reason they came out a little too soft, we had to eat them with spoons. Now, I'm far too humiliated to write things where I know the public can see, but since I had never heard of her, hopefully, this will get out there. Not only was she so incredibly kind on the phone, but in person, she dazzles, and I can't believe her help, she apologied and fixed it without me asking. (Which she did NOT have to) She's an amazing woman who has the cutest shop ever ♡

Please give it/her a chance, I swear you can't force yourself to be unhappy after that first bite of Sea Salt Caramel ♡♡♡ and Rebecca absolutely, 100% deserves a shout-out, I so wish I would have known she was there sooner ♡♡♡

I called Rebecca on a Friday morning needing a German chocolate cake for my mothers 83rd birthday on Saturday.

I picked up the massive German chocolate sheet cake Saturday at noon. My mother lives in a residential care home with approximately 25 other residents plus staff. We served about 1/2 the residents and barely made a dent in the cake. They will also get cake after dinner.

All I heard from the party participants was how amazingly wonderful the cake was. Delicious, not too sweet, so good! My favorite compliment came from a staff member. I heard her tell her coworker, “This cake is better than my wedding cake!”

Rebecca makes a truly delicious cake and she is delightful to work with. We may have filled up a couple of dessert plates with the German chocolate cake to bring home. Unfortunately I don’t have a picture of the...

I just had the most amazing experience with Rebecca’s Baked Bliss in Payson, Utah! Today is my birthday, and Rebecca made me the most delicious scones so I could make my favorite dish—Navajo tacos. It truly made my whole day extra special! On top of that, she had an extra loaf of sourdough bread I purchased that was absolutely incredible.

Her service was outstanding, and the food was fresh, homemade, and still hot out of the oven. You can taste the love and care she puts into everything she makes! I only wish I had discovered this little gem sooner, but she has definitely gained a customer for life.
