Having grown up in NYC, I’ve been to a few barbers in my day and honestly Jesse is one of the best. Not only is Jesse an awesome guy and great personality but his attention to detail, focus on what the client wants and understanding of being a barber is what makes him a top tier barber! I got my first cut at The Fellas from Jesse in their Spanish fork location on a Sunday and he did such an awesome job I had to go back. In the Payson shop, he’s really in his groove. He’s welcoming, listens to what you’re looking for in a haircut/style and focuses on giving the customer EXACTLY what they want. I also requested a trim up of my beard and he did not fall short on that either. His precision with a razor, careful attention to making sure everything was shaped up equally was astounding. He will ask you what beard oils you want (scent) and what your preference is throughout the entire process. I understand the importance of punctuality and expect the same from others. Unfortunately, my appointment with Colby at 10:30, which was the first of the day, did not start on time. While I received no acknowledgment from Colby, another staff member did greet me. This experience did not meet professional standards. It appeared that Colby prioritized a walk-in over my scheduled appointment. After this incident, I chose to visit Lou’s barber shop and was very pleased with their service.

ShaNece is hands down the best Barber of all time! My son walks out happy every single time(and he is so dang picky it drives me crazy) But she nails it everytime and I leave with a happy teenager! I read every profile and decided that ShaNece’s profile fit what he was looking for in a Barber with this new hairstyle and I have never seen him so impressed! It's usually my fear that as soon as we walk out, and the door closes he is going to tell me I did not do the greatest job finding someone good! But he looked in the mirror the whole ride home and talked about how much he loved how she cut it! He doesn't go to anyone else now, and is always just as happy as the first time! My husband goes to the Fellas in Spanish Fork and “plays roulette” on whoever is available and most the time he wins! My boys won't go to an other Barbershop!
