Bait and switch. Had to yell for a refund to get them to make the sub the way I ordered. Was originally given a basically empty sub. When asked for a remake lady tried just adding some to it so asked again for remake was told they lose out it they did. Not my problem. Should've made what I ordered the first time. Asked for a refund. Lady tried saying they couldn't do that. Other lady said to just remake. When getting a remake was supposed to get extra cheese. Lady tried getting the tiniest pinch of cheese and tried saying no she couldn't put more they have a certain amount they go by. Told her I put in the order extra cheese the thing that literally wants to charge you extra 1.80 for. Was told no they allowed me to order online allowed the order to go through and let me order here. I only paid 6.99 for the sub so only so much they can put on it. I didn't even order much on the sub in the first place. Ended up having to yell for a refund to get the other lady to come and make the sub the way I ordered it. Ridiculous. If you don't want to let people use coupons to place orders and provide the customer with what they order you should take the store down from the app and don't accept orders unless in store. YOU LEGALLY HAVE TO PROVIDE THE CUSTOMER WITH THE THING THEY PAID FOR OR REFUND. YOU CANT BAIT AND SWITCH OR THE CUSTOMER COULD BRING THEM TO COURT FOR WHATEVER THEY PAID THE CUSTOMER WILL WIN AND THEY'LL PAY FOR COURT COSTS AS WELL. Read moreI usually try to avoid giving businesses bad reviews because it can negatively impact them but this location just takes the cake on bad customer service. I ordered 2 cheese pizzas at this location. I have ordered pizzas before at other locations and they have been fantastic. First of all I was charged $1.20 extra for cheese and the amount of cheese I got wasn’t proportional to the extra charge. At other locations I have never been charged for extra cheese. Anyway that’s fine I don’t mind paying extra. But when they sent me a survey to know my opinion I voiced my concern about it and the next day I got a response from this location saying subway is not known as a pizza place and all charges were appropriate. So in other words they are telling me to go somewhere else for pizza. If that’s the case then why does Subway put the pizza on their menu? Additionally this person didn’t know how long to cook the pizza. He kept removing and putting it back in the oven. He didn’t even know how to cut it properly.
