The building is looking great. I noticed that the clerk that I took my order and waited on me at the window was very efficient and wasn't nervous and having difficulty feeling my order I asked if Arby's would be open full time and with drive around an order all the time she didn't know the answer to that question my suggestion is I think that Arby's should open at close to the lunch hour say 11:00 close at 3:00 and begin drive through from 3:00 to closing this when people are getting off work the one thing I've noticed about drive-thru and dine in is that the people that take the order fill the orders give you the order make make the change are often you can tell just by looking at them exhausted mentally and having difficulty focusing we have left Arby's many times as we are big favorites of Arby's we have left with our order partially filled and I think just considering a different scheduling for serving time the owner may be surprised how much more productive the store is and the...

I went one time in the lunch rush and went in to order at the counter, needless to say after everyone who ordered after me was getting their food, one of the staff asked me what I had. Evidently my ticket for the order had fallen down or got lost, I repeated my order and they got it right out, gave me an extra large drink and 4 desserts for my trouble. McDonald's don't do that, they are just like sorry, here is your food. Of course someone pulls in behind us and they answer right away.
