McDonald's — Restaurant in Pearl

Went through drive through in Pearl MS ordered 2 big breakfast with bacon one with hotcakes one without was told hashbrowns don't come with big breakfast so I ordered 2 hashbrowns got charged extra Order came and had 4 hashbrowns Had one big breakfast with both sausage and bacon no egg I pulled back around to get order corrected and was asked to pull up and I said no because there's no one behind me I was the ONLY person there Manager snapped on me about shes trying to correct my order and no I didn't pull up and there was still no one else in drive through line. Get my order the 2nd time without the extra hashbrowns I was charged for and had hotcakes on BOTH orders I only wanted one with hotcakes and no bacon on one order Manager shoved my order at me and very sarcastically wished me a good day. I AM SO SICK OF MCDONALDS SCREWING UP MY ORDERS THEN GETTING MAD AT ME ABOUT IT I DIDN'T SCREW UP THEY DID ALSO IT IS NOT CORPORATE POLICY THAT YOU HAVE TO PULL UP AND WAIT THEY HAVE TIMERS AT THE WINDOW AND WHEN THE TAKE TOO LONG TO GET A CUSTOMER SERVICED IT SHOWS ON THE RESTAURANT RECORDS CORPORATE INSTALLED THEM TO TRACK STORE PERFORMANCE SO WHEN THEY ASK YOU TO PULL UP TO COVER UP THEIR SERVICE TIME THEY ARE LYING TO THEIR BOSSES AND THEIR COMPANY I didn't go back because I was afraid they would do something to my food because the whole time I was sitting there I could hear them bad mouthing me. I hope they shut down...

We went through the drive through. We ordered the McRib meal with mayo and cheese with LG fries and a LG caramel frappe, triple cheese burger witch extra onion with no pickle with LG fries and LG chicken nuggets with SM come, and kids cheese burger with only ketchup and mayo. We paid and then went to second window to get our order. McRib was right. They didn’t add any onions on my husband’s triple cheese burger so they had to remake. They said we didn’t have any kids meals so we showed them the receipt. The gave us the 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal with another 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal. We told them we didn’t get the kids cheese burger and the lady argued with saying she already had given us the kids cheese burger so we showed her that we didn’t receive the cheese burger and still argued with us throw the window. the worker told us to pull down to wait for the cheese burger. So we waited and they finally brought it out. I just understand why argue about us not getting the cheese burger if we’re showing you the two chicken nugget boxes we gotten.they have never been this bad...

Franchises like this location is the reason why McDonald's as a whole is declining. I had pretty much given up eating here due to prior bad experiences (Bad service, bad food, dirty booths, etc) but my kids really wanted a happy meal yesterday so I broke down and got in the drive thru line. It was exactly 10:30 in the morning when I entered the line and approached the order machine. On the other end I hear "Hi, What can I get you?" and I say I'd like two cheeseburger happy meals. I get back "Sorry, we don't start serving lunch until 10:30." I politely tell her it is 10:30 and she tells me "Not by our clocks, it's 10:29. You have to wait one minute". I laugh because I think she is joking and I say "really?" She say "Yes, please pull out of drive-thru cuz you are running up our numbers". I tell her not to worry about the order and I bring my kids somewhere else. This was the last time I'll ever frequent a McDonalds run by the MyJoy company. If I could give it No-Stars that's where this...
