The Teahouse — Restaurant in Pearland

I went there for the first time on the weekend as a friend suggested this spot. As soon as we entered with my s/o we were not welcomed even once! the two staff members were just talking and so invested in their conversation. As we approached they took a minute before even coming close to the register. Still wasnt greeted and the young man never acknowledged us his head was just down on the register waiting to hear what we had to order and we are FIRST TIME customers not even knowing what to really try. We were both ready to walk out the door but we stuck around simply because we wanted to support. We felt totally unwelcomed especially as first time customers. The manager needs to revist the basis of good customer service with these kids I'm never returning!

And my drink was terrible and excessively sweet hardly any mixed fruit these workers both the young man and woman are terrible with customer service! Good Work ethic is going down the drain! As i can see im not the only one who feels this way based on the reviwes sounds like the same two lazy employees

I stopped by this past week because I’ve been craving something matcha but was I disappointed it tasted more like jasmine tea and was very floral compared to any other matcha drink I’ve had before.

Update on a second stop there. The cream teas are really too milk heavy and have very little tea flavor in both coconut cream tea and normal milk tea. 1/4-1/2 sweetness is also a must. I only give it a four star review bc the boba was good quality. I just don’t think it’s the best option out there, and I’d rather drive to better milk tea places...

Since they are still mandating masks at the store just though y’all should know since there is no sign in the door. Besides the fact that the governor just made the following announcement. They are willing to push business away so we will take our maskless selves else where and give them business instead. PS would be a darn shame if y’all got fined the $1000
