Ordered Pizza at 4:45 and was told pizza would be delivered within 30 minutes. 1 hour later we called and was told it was out for delivery. 1.5 hours after order we were told that there was another address associated with our order and that the driver tried to call us and we did not answer. We never got the call . When I called the second time the manager wouldn’t get in the phone and was answering through his associate employee. When a manager does not elect to get on phone to answer your questions maybe the manager should not be a manager. I was first offered a free piece of bread. Manager still not on the phone. When I said I should be offered a free pizza the employee said they would send me a pizza for free. Still no manager and at this point it was too late to get a pizza. I wouldn’t be so upset about this if the manager had been manager enough to get on the phone. My wife and order from this Marcos a lot. They know our address and our phone number so there is no excuse for this to have happened. Read moreWe placed an order as we normally do several times a month for delivery only this time instead of our pizza being delivered by a Marco’s delivery driver it was delivered by DoorDash. We do not use DoorDash nor did we place an order through DoorDash. The Marco’s app said the pizza was delivered & we had no pizza so my husband called the store & spoke to the manager who said they would have another pizza & wings made & sent out. 10 minutes later our slightly warm pizza & wings showed up by the DoorDash driver so we called back to the store to let them know they didn’t need to send out another order. When we complained the manager said there was nothing they could do. Well yes there is something you can do…stop having DoorDash deliver pizza when you don’t have enough drivers. We would have rather had a longer wait for the pizza or picked it up but, we were not given the option. I am sure it doesn’t matter but, you just lost a customer. Read moreI typically like Marcos pizza but today's visit left a bitter taste. I ordered a large pizza with beef and pepperoni. I typically check my pizza before I leave but today I didn't. I get home sit down to eat and bite into something crunchy I was puzzled trying to figure out what is was. I then check everything and discovered I received a pepperoni with bacon. I call to complain and the manager on duty simply says ok bring it back and we will make you another one. When I said I can not do that he just says OK. Silly me but that was not the resolution I was expecting I am not going to drive back another 30 minutes for you to fix your error. Needless to say I was not pleased with the greasy bacon pizza I received. I bit into one piece after picking the bacon off and grease just came running out. Not pleasant at all. So disappointed.
