Schlotzsky's — Restaurant in Pearland

My mother just went in to order the whole family dinner. She stood there maybe and waited for a bit and saw a couple of girls walk back and forth behind the counter. She was never acknowledged. When she finally got the attention of one of the girls, she proceeded to ask her if there was anyone that was taking orders. Mind you she was the only customer inside and there was no one at the drive thru window. The girl said that she was the one taking orders but she was busy doing something else. My mother said something else about not being acknowledged the girl then proceeded to her her "well ma'am if you don't like it then you can just turn right around and go out the way you came in." This is absolutely unacceptable! I understand when you are busy with something and can't stop for a second but that doesn't mean u have to completely ignore and be rude. I have worked in the food service before. She should have just said I'm sorry ma'am, I will be right with in a moment. This is the worst experience we have EVER had anywhere! Went through the drive-thru, the person taking order was Uninterested and rude. I thought they used to have a cobb salad. They now call it something else. So I decided to try the new salad, that sounded like what I wanted. Then she didn't hear my apology, or that I did want the salad she suggested after all. So I had to repeat it all, again. I drive right up to the window. There wasn't anyone in the restaurant, it was off peak hours. I could see at least 3 people in there. Yet after about 5 mins, no one came to the window to greet, take money, or acknowledge me at all. As I continued to wait, I felt uncomfortable waiting for food from this rude, somewhat angry person, that took my order. So I just left. I hope they close down. I'm surprised they haven't. Me and my fiancé come here all the time we always come in the evening. This particular time we decided to go a littler early and ran into the manager Tina, she was extremely rude and even rude with the young lady that was helping us at the register which lead me to write this review. Either of the 3 of us didn’t deserve her attitude, especially us the customer that’s spending our money. But clearly she didn’t give a damn It’s was something going on with there system and ending up charging us twice. & plus our food seemed rushed and thrown together , she was preparing it as well, I believe she was getting ready to get off so she didn’t care about nothing or her attitude.
