I ordered and paid for two bagels only to be told they didn’t actually have them in stock. Trying to replace them with items of equal value was harder than it needed to be, partly because they didn’t have a lot of other options in stock and partly because the manager was unwilling to be flexible on price, even if the replacement items were over by only a few cents.

After an unnecessary amount of back and forth, I ended up with a much lower-priced sandwich in place of the two bagels I ordered, and the worst part is I couldn’t even finish it :(. It tasted like I was eating a spoonful of dijon mustard with every bite.

There’s a new Einstein Bagel shop in town, and it’s absolutely fantastic! This Einstein Bagel shop just opened up and has already started on a great note. My daughters and I have been wanting their bagels for a while, but trying to get to the other shops was not easy for me since it was either too far west or too far east. I’m so glad they finally opened up in our area. It’s conveniently located right off Flamingo Road and Pines Blvd., which is perfect for me. I couldn’t be any happier to have one in this location. Great location! Dominic is an absolutely outstanding manager relaxed, helpful, and thoroughly professional. I was in the store with my husband when a customer (who later posted a negative review) treated him in a disrespectful and immature way. Dominic stayed calm and courteous throughout the encounter, showing true professionalism. It’s unfair to see that misleading review, so I wanted to share what really happened.
