We have been to this McDonald's several times and every time there is always an issue. Missing food, wrong food, ask for no pickles yet sandwiches has pickles. But I guess we like the bad service or we just have not had enough but today was the last straw. I can not by any means have anything spicy not even a little spicy. I wanted a Mc Chicken tonight. I had one earlier in the week and I was craving another one. Since they are on the dollar menu I asked my husband to get me two. Once we gets home I start eating. As I am eating I feel my lips get numb and my tongue start to burn. I thought it was Strang so I get some mayo to add to the sandwiches and I noticed the chicken was red. And quickly realized that I got a spicy mc chicken not a regular mc chicken. I now have my mouth burning so bad that I am even coughing. I get milk to help. As I am in tears and coughing my husband calls the store. After some anger on my husband's part the manager did not seem to have a solution to this issue. Not even a sorry for the fact that I am in pain. At one point he told my husband he was not at fault. As a manager anything that goes wrong is the managers fault for not training the staff right. It is not hard to read a screen. Will be going to the store in the morning. I had to ordered uber eats to get a new sandwich and had to wait over 30 mins for my food. This is not right. Read moreI’m giving this location 1 star simply off of the communication. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was a car on the left side so I went to the right side. Once the car on the left pull up I assumed I would be next, but no. The next car to pull up on the left go there order taken. I kept saying hello into the speaker but no response. After the 3rd car pulled up on the left and got their order taken I drove out and around to make my way to the left side. The car behind me had pulled up and also realized no one was taking order on the right side. When I pulled up . I started by saying “ Hi I just wanted to let you guys know that I was just in the lane on the right side and no one came to take my order. I had 3 cars on this side go before me” and all I heard was silence. I said “ hello” and the female then said “ ok so do you want to place an order” I was a little taken back because I thought I was doing the right thing by making them aware that their drive thru right side machine was not working however that’s not the response I received. So I said, umm ok did you hear what I said ? And I heard silence . I said hello again and the female then said “ ma’am there’s nothing I can do about the other lane not working . At that point I was already frustrated because what was so hard to just simple provide some understanding to the customer. She couldn’t simply stated . I’m sorry about that ma’am I will let my manager know or something like that but no. So I got off the line and then I called the store and asked to speak to a manager in which was a mistake because the manager was just as rude. Will not go to that...
Read moreTerrible experience starting from when I got to the parking. This is a recently revamped location so I guess I was fooled in to thinking it would be at least average, hopefully better.
There was a deal listed in their app for mobile ordering so I decided to try and go in for pickup. When I got their, the check in option wasn't working so I went in to speak with a worker and get checked in manually. Unfortunately the worker (Akira) and her supervisor (Ayesha I believe) didn't know how it worked and Akira said she would be right with me then proceeded to ignore me standing right in front of her for at least 10 minutes and processed other customers in line. After I spoke with three other employees handling food orders (not the cashiers), they got her to manually process my order and recharge me for the order (simple order: buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich with no lettuce and a small fry).
You'd think that would be the end, but nope. After waiting even longer for the food, I received my order. Again, after waiting so long I figured they would at least make sure they got the order right. Alas, that did not happen, of course. The sandwich came with lettuce, no tomato, and the fries were spilled all over the tray. Can't fault the deliver (Raymond), but he was clearly rushing too much as I saw him dropping cups on the floor left and right, some were left on the counter and some were put on trays....none were discarded.
Definitely will not be visiting this location again...
