Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

Chick-fil-a has left the worst and most disgusting taste in my mouth based solely on experience and customer service. Going to Chick-fil-a this past Friday night to grab a late night bite and clearly that was too much for the staff to handle. Not only did I wait a WHOLE 40-50 minutes for my food, I actually NEVER received it yet was told the inside was closed with no explanation and said if I wanted to order it would be through the mobile app or drive thru. I decided let me order through the app, but they gave me the shortest end of the stick by making me order, taking my money, having me wait there endlessly like a clown, and was never refunded not the next day or the following, and so on. Till this day as I am typing this I was never refunded or given a simple sincere apology from the store manager or Franchise owner. I called the customer support not once but twice to follow up on the situation and I had to be the one doing their job following up on everything. They said they alerted my case to the store and it’s almost going on a week and would NEVER want ANYONE to experience what I went through this past weekend. Completely horrendous and measly service coming from one of the best, which they aren’t and is PDQ in the same plaza if you’re really looking for a quality experience. I’m not the type to use such words but I’m just dumbfounded by everything that has happened and will be waiting for someone to actually do something someday. My visit was the most deplorable customer service I ever experienced with this restaurant. As I walked up to the "Walk-up Order" I encountered a young man that was doing pick-up, he said someone was coming. A girl came out and said the same thing. I waited another 5 minutes before a Hispanic woman came out and took my order. I stressed that I needed to go back to work and needed my order as quick as possible. She replied that it would be out shortly. I believed her because the drive-thru started moving faster, but that was not the case. Another Hispanic lady in a black shirt came out to tell one of the crew something, so since the lady that took my order was busy taking orders from other customers, I asked her to check on my order and she NEVER came back out. After 10 min of sweating in the hot sun I requested my money back and the ordering staff seemed to be shock that I was still there without my order. She called twice for my order and no one helped their crew member out. Calmly, I said it's ok I just want my money back, but then she went in herself to get my order. At this point I was frustrated and insisted on my money back.

I came here to have a lovely meal with my gal pals on the night of January 8th. I was so excited to taste the deliciousness of chick fill a BUT WAS PUBLICLY SHAMED BY A WORKER TAKING MY ORDER AT THE DRIVE THROUGH. So I pull up and say “hello” but in a slightly awkward singing tone. I get this is weird but I’m just socially awkward in drive throughs. WHAT I DID NOT EXCEPT WAS FOR THE WORKER TO CRINGE IN MY FACE AND ROLL HIS EYES!! NOT ONLY DID HE CRINGE AND ROLL HIS EYES IN KY FACE BUT HE HELD THAT AWKWARD SILENCE FOR 30 SECONDS!! IM. NOT. OVER. EXAGGERATING. I SPEAK THE TRUTH!! AND WHEN HE BROKE THAT SILENCE HE WAS SO RUDE WITH THE NASTIEST TONE EVER. was I awkward…. maybe, BUT DID I DESERVE TO BE SHAMED IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE DRIVE THROUGH!!! . I WAS SO SHOCKED I RECEIVED WHIPLASH. NOT ONLY WAS THIS MORTIFYING BUT I AM SCARRED!! I HAVE NIGHTMARES ABOUT THIS INTERACTION. NOT A DAY PASSES THAT I DON’T THINK ABOUT THIS.
