Wendy's — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I must admit that I normally don't post reviews unless it was above and beyond or completely terrible but this interaction made my night. Honestly. So I deliver for uber and I arrived at the store to pick up the order and the lobby was closed which is fine cause it was past 11 so I went through the drive thru and the young man that works the drive thru window, I see him every time I come, he works alot and I hope gets paid enough for the time he dedicates to the wendys business, but anyways while I waiting on them to make the uber order he says "would you like a drink or anything? I see you work alot." I told him no but my son wanted a frosty so he gave my son a Jr frosty and asked if my son wanted chicken nuggets or a happy meal, I told him "just a burger for my daughter would be fine and thank you so so much" he came back with a whole kids meal in the bag plus the uber order I was waiting on. Before I came here my tire busted and had to change my spare and rush to the tire place before they closed at 11 at night. I was having a pretty rough and stressful night and this interaction lifted me up a little and made things a little more positive for me. So if you see this, thank you!!! I request for fresh food they hold me back on the frost with down for good 10 minutes I request from the speakers everything fresh don’t mind to Wait they gave the food after those minutes the manager told Me you are the one request everything fresh ? I answer yes well I drive off and open my food was old and cold u went again. To the dt let them know make me wait again first window to give me same sandwich but now with the fries all Soggy and grease meaning they dump the same fries I touched inside the oil When other customers have food tgat is the must disgusting thing I never seen. I went down to talk to the manager give a nasty attitude saying I’m was Lying bc that food was fresh she ignored me and grab her phone to make a call Hello I spent more than 42 dollars in food to receive that crappie food and horrendous customer ser ice her the worst part is they have issue with training dumping again the fries inside the oil ???? This place takes forever to get your food. The staff takes too long to make food and is more concerned with talking to each other, goofing off all the while leaving no one at the cash register to take orders. I and about 5 others stood in line for way too long until the cashier came to take our orders. The place is dirty with none of the tables being wiped down. My sandals literally stuck to the floor and almost came off my feet multiple times due to it not being mopped in who knows how long and being dirtier than a cheap movie theater floor. Its a shame too because this place is relatively new and already going down hill due to piss poor management and staff who cleary couldnt give 2 craps less about anybody but themselves. The majority of these really positive reviews on this dump are either people who work here, their families or people who are rating Wendys in general and not this location specifically.
