Saw the company sign at the stop light. Decided to stop and try it out.
Buffet Pizza.
The buffet included a salad bar.
The salad bar has several different types of lettuce in a large bowl. I just wanted iceberg lettuce, I tried to only pick it out. Not a fan of the leafy lettuce. Ample type of toppings, egg, beets, cheese, peas, olives, broccoli (needs to be smaller), carrots (whole baby type, needs slicing), mushrooms, banana peppers, cubed ham, baby corn, pineapple, cottage cheese. Typical dressings, croutons and sunflower seeds.
Pizza: Bread sticks Taco Pepperoni Hawaiian Meat (pepperoni, sausage was round balls)
Taco Pizza was nothing to talk about. Thin crust, topped with broken nachos chips, lettuce, tomato.
I removed the lettuce, chips, tomato topping. Not a fan on pizza. I placed them on top of my salad.
Taco Pizza really had no taste. The crust was dry and tasteless.
Pepperoni was on the normal thickness of crust. The crust was soft and floppy, needs to be cooked a little bit longer? It was bread like softness not a normal crust. Pepperoni by itself was great. They use top quality pepperoni.
The Hawaiian Pizza was served on the soft bread like crust. You could not pick it up without it bending down on the middle. The Canadian Bacon and pineapples top quality meats, thick and tasty (toppings only), crust not tasty.
Meat pizza was served on both thin and normal crust. Crust not good. I removed the toppings and ate them only. Top quality meats, poor tasting crust.
Overall, it just okay. I don't like soft bread like crust. The toppings were great since I scraped them off the crust.
Top quality meats Poor tasteless crust
Will I go back? NO.
There is really no service. Order and Pay at the door. Ample seating Clean establishment Bathroom very clean TV with sports playing somewhat quietly in...
Read moreSo I normally come here and everything is great but today not so much I ordered a thin crust pizza because my kids love it and asked for it, our splurge for the week. When I got home yeah not thin crust and my kids won’t eat it when I called to be like what can you do so I would not have wasted $20 because we don’t eat thick crust. I called in to see what could be done the girl that answered the phones shouldn’t be allowed to answer the phone she couldn’t get it straight said she thought I wanted thick then why would I have ordered thin crust as the receipt shows then tried to turn it back on me that I said I wanted thick crust and got thin again. Are you kidding me?!? She couldn’t get it straight then gave me her number so I could prove that I got the wrong crust!!! As shown below my receipt clearly said thin crust and the pictures show it clearly isn’t by the end she said the only thing she could do is I needed to come get a new one. Well as a single mom that isn’t as easy as I have kids melting down because they wanted pizza. It is nap time after that and I don’t have 20-30 min to run back down there to get it. I hung up at that point she basically called me a liar and was unfriendly...

If you're a pizza enthusiast like me, then Big John's Hometown Pizza is a must-visit destination. Nestled in the heart of Pendleton, this gem of a restaurant boasts some of the best pizzas in the local area, and let me tell you, they do not disappoint.
First and foremost, let's talk about their sausage. It's not an exaggeration when I say that Big John's Hometown Pizza's sausage is in a league of its own. The flavor is unparalleled, surpassing any other sausage I've tasted in the surrounding towns. Each bite bursts with savory goodness, leaving you craving more.
But what truly sets Big John's Hometown Pizza apart is their thin, flaky crust. It's a work of art, perfectly balanced in texture and taste. Crispy yet delicate, it provides the ideal canvas for their mouthwatering toppings.
If you happen to visit during lunchtime, I highly recommend indulging in their buffet-style lunch. It's a feast for the senses, offering a wide array of pizzas, salads, and sides to satisfy even the...
