If this was a review of their quality only, it would be 5 stars. If it was a review of the majority of their baristas, it would be 5. I was being overcharged by the only awful barista there and when I brought it to the attention of the owner, I found out that the others had been undercharging me! Oof. (The rude barista was also overcharging me, though.) I was also told the prices would be going up soon too. (Gotta love inflation!) But the icing on the cake is that overcharging barista who was so rude, so argumentative that I just about drove away without my order. He was visibly angry and combative. This is a small town, being that nasty just doesn't make sense. Add that to the climbing prices and I'll be going there less and less. Maybe not even at all. Sorbenots surprise red bull is my norm but today unfortunately I had a bad experience, 5+ people standing inside and even though they took my order two cars back when I came up to the window it wasn’t ready and they were all arguing about who was going to make it. The lady at the window turned her back to me as soon as I pulled up, it took a couple minutes for anybody to acknowledge me and then the lady that handed me the red bull didn’t say a word so I didn’t bother with my normal “have a good day” and just drove off. Pretty frustrating when more than half the time I go there I tip and almost always get great service. It’s quite disappointing and if people that work there aren’t clocked on yet they should NOT be all waiting in the way of other baristas trying to work. Going to have to convince myself to go back and try again and not let one bad...

Pros: Friendly staff. Huge menu. Cons: Espresso is very subpar

I loved the staff, they were super friendly and a joy to interact with. They were also super helpful and very engaging.

We ordered: kids hot chocolate, iced latte, hot vanilla latte, mocha breve, and a hot chai latte.

The non-coffee drinks were good. Hot chocolate and chai latte we're a bit on the sweet side but good overall. My kid loved the hot chocolate.

All the espresso drinks were just bad.

Iced latted was too sharp and bitter. Moreso than Starbucks. This applies to the espresso taste in general for the other drinks. Vanilla latte had little to no vanilla in it and was very watered down. Mocha breve had very little chocolate.

Overall its not worth going to if coffee is your intent. Honestly there's much better coffee...
