I was a first time customer last night at this location, I was very excited since my fiance talks so highly of the food. This was his first time at this location also. He got a burrito and I got a bowl. Unfortunately everything was pretty much empty except the meat and beans. We did not get half the options on toppings and sauces bc it was dinner time and nothing at all was stocked. The employees did not seem to want to be there. When ask what'd I'd like I said I'm not sure what everything is because I've never been here before. They said ok.... so I ended up asking what half the stuff was because no one treated me like a new customer. After the employees told me I had to take white rice bc they still waiting on brown, I said ok that's fine. Little did I realize after they told prep they had enough rice for 2 bowls they stretched it into 3 bowls. So maybe a quarter cup of rice in my bowl!!! The Cheese sauce that I keep hearing is good was not an option last night the girl said she had no clue when it was goin to be filled because everything was empty. So by the time I pain 13$ on this ridiculous bowl it didn't even fill the bowl to the rim. I tried calling last night and this morning to talk to management and you have no option to call in to the store. I always wanted to make sure the gm was aware the prep employee stocking the line was TOUCHING FOOD WITH NO GLOVES. I do not eat places that are not clean, I am an 10 + yrs management. I have worked for multiple chains, I have opened and help get new stores up and running here, nashanick, Ohio ect. This was no where an except able experience. I tried to give the food back and get a refund after paying and seeing prep touching food but we got ignored and I have been tryin to call every since. Read moreThe chipotle app pickup was terrible for this location. I went ahead and arrived for my pickup on time and waited for it to be ready. Several others were picking up at the same time. I ended up waiting 30+ minutes while asking multiple times about my order to find out that someone else had taken it about 30 minutes prior! Never once had someone checked to see if my order was on the list to be made or what was going on despite being the store for so long. It got to the point where anyone who could have possibly been in the dinner rush was long, long gone. All the pickup food it made in the back of the restaurant so even though no one was ordering up front the food that they were finally remaking could not be made in the front. The food is great but the fact that it took so long for someone to finally let me know that someone else had stolen my order from the shelf was crazy. Never once was I asked by any of the staff what my order was as I had clearly been there longer than anyone else in the store. The back-end employee had an attitude when she said she could remake my order but “no one told her that it was my order that I was waiting on” despite me going to the front repeatedly to ask about it. Overall, staff couldn’t care less about my experience and I was brushed off about having been there waiting for my food for an hour. I placed the order at 5:42pm and didn’t get to leave until 6:42pm! Read moreIll never forget my experience at this location. From the moment I walked in the door ill never forget the look that every employee gave me. Their gaze followed me as I approached the Tort station. Upon my arrival at the Tort station I was greeted with a scowl followed by "what do you want?" I replied nervously "a steak bowl please" I was so taken back by the aggression I was receiving. While she was preparing my bowl I looked up to find the MOD and the remaining crew staring me down. Upon the Tort worker putting my rice and steak on my bowl she stood there in front of Salsa waiting for me to say what I wanted. I said no salsa as she then proceeds to throw a scoop of Fresh on my bowl. While I scream and a shreak in agony on the inside she laughs and says "ooops". She offers to remake the food while she is throwing the precious into the trash. I believe I died a little, all I could think about all day was this steak bowl. When remaking the bowl she then informs me that they are sold on steak. Suddenly I was transported into a dark dark place as the world around me began to crumble. My stomach cringing at the thought have not being able to feed it steak. Tears started to roll down my face as the crew began laughing at me for I was officially trolled. I began to sprint out of the restaurant while the echoes of laughter filled my ears as my heart began to ache. Needless to say I will not be coming back to this location.
