Cinnabon — Restaurant in Pensacola

I was there yesterday and I ordered a drink that I could not pronounce the name of it , so I said it the way I could and the two employees that attended me started laughing , the employee with curly black hair and glasses kept and kept laughing . Okay I get it I may have not said it correctly but it not allay for you employees to laugh and keep laughing . I would have said something to her but I have a really passive personality and I just looked at her , but she honestly made me feel bad . Even at the end when I was graving the drink she looked at me and gave me a smerk , I have worked in customer service all my life and that not how you treat a customer any one else would have...

Will never go back! I would have given it ⭕️ no option here. I always loved this place. My wonderful Cinnabon was great until the hair upon first bite was rolled up all the way to middle not just on top of the Cinnabon. Never again will or my husband go here. So disgusting after spending all our money for what we thought was going to be a treat. The heavy set fella had dirty hair Nasty apron no gloves or hair nets or covers. Young girl in back had no gloves or hair covering either. Perhaps not a policy at this business. SORRY No hairy Cinnabons...

Oh boy! Oh man! Oh oh oh! Good all the way to the sugar left on my spoon. Warn winter treat for yourself. Two for me 😆 lol. Worth the money the time and the rating. Clean employees.
