I went at night so me, my girlfriend, and my grandmother could make our order without bothering anyone else as we had not eaten BK in quite a long time as one had not been sufficiently near enough to where we live. There was no line and no one else showed up for the handful of minutes it actually ended up taking to fully order. The first issue comes to the fact that we were rushed incessantly by the lady who was on the mic as we tried to make our decision. In the four or five minutes we took we were bothered at least five times, I believe more but I was frustrated to the point of no longer caring to pay attention. I even explained that the app which updated shortly before arriving was acting up and I was trying to resolve it. I then asked, after fixing it, to confirm that they do take phone coupons like the other BK's I've used the app at. She told me I had to come inside to use it. I believed this to be a confusion on her part thinking it was still messed up and confirmed it was working. She finally snapped at me to give her the code. I gave her the code for the $1 whopper and she asked if that was all. I told her no and that I wanted a large fry added on cooked extra crispy. She then said a large fry Extra Hot which I presumed to be extra crispy though the product I received was the exact same as the other fries that were not supposed to be extra crispy so I am left unsure of that. Without missing a beat we were told to pull around. Still no line or for that matter any other customer looking like they might be joining in line. So I am unsure why I was rushed so much which led to the final conflict. I get up to the window and end up having to clarify that the Whopper was supposed to be plain and that the person it was for would not eat it any other way. I do this almost immediately after arriving at the window but am told 'it has already been made.' Apparently that was supposed to make me just accept it and after a stare down between the lady and I that went on for a few seconds she then said that normally cheese costs extra, which I was happy paying for, but the young lady then seemed to get confused on what to do because we had already paid. I had no problem paying for the cheese, just to clarify, but I was then told to just pull around to the front. Seeing no normal waiting areas at the 'front' as is usual with most fast foods I took the statement to mean to find a parking spot on the side of the building where the main doors were. This is not a complaint I am just detailing the whole event for any who care to know. Admittedly they were fast and the lady who brought the food was polite. But somehow I ended up down 5 chicken nuggets from the total of 20 ordered -they were just flat out not in the packets or bag-, the Extra Hot fries were not cooked crispy, the sauces that was asked for the chicken nuggets were not in the bag, and oddly enough the top bread of the whopper was burned black. Read moreBad lunch break experience!! I go through the drive thru and the lady was kind of rude with informing me of what they don't have anymore but it's on the menu. Got my drink and paid and was immediately told to pull up to wait for my food to come out. Well about 10 minutes later another lady brought my food out. Now all fast food places are bad about giving you condiments so I asked if there was any ketchup for the fries. She said yes so I drove off. (Yes, I should have looked into the bag) when I gory back to work and reached in the bag for fries there was none. So I called to inform them. Thinking maybe they would at least take my info for fries at a later date. Well whomever answered the phone said they would take care of it by giving be the fries but I had to come back. I told her that I'm back at work and I couldn't. So she hurriedly responded "that's the only option, I can't bring them too you". Politely told her that I wasn't asking for that but thank you, I'll just go to Google. I won't even say she called back afterwards and wanted to finally bring me those fries and a chocolate whatever pie. I politely declined. I work in a kitchen and would never send out food that looked the way mine did. I went back in again to ask for either another remake or a refund and explained my issue. The assistant manager who remade it the first time looked at the burger and tried explaining that the crispy bacon, which was limp, shredded the cheese up like that. I said that was impossible the way the burger gets built. He refused to apologize or accept responsibility for making a burger of that shoddy quality, and instead stood by his mistake and told me i wasn’t allowed to come back there.
