The Well — Restaurant in Pensacola

The Well I’ve heard is a newer establishment in Pensacola. You can see how much time and effort was put into this absolutely gorgeous bar. There are couch areas for a nice sized group that feel like you’re sitting in your own living room. It’s conducive to intimate conversations or near us, a girls night out of 10. The garage door sliders add an open feel and the colors and decor throughout radiate a cool vibe. You can tell no expense was spared in creating this atmosphere with the leather couches, wicker lighting above and furniture and color throughout. Now THE COCKTAILS! It has the usual upscale suspects but with a unique twist on all. All juices were freshly squeeze and they used fresh herbs like rosemary and mint. The effort paid off as they burst with flavor and didn’t have the normal acidity of most bar drinks. They go down very easily and you still feel fine the next day when you partake. The ladies bathroom was so adorable with a flamingo theme and these vibrant walls and doors. A few ladies were waiting for me to leave so they could take photos of it to post on their Instagrams. A true upbeat Floridian Lounge. The Well is hands down one of the best lounges in Pensacola. When you walk into the Well you are immediately whisked away to another world. The atmosphere is so inviting, relaxing, and yet casually upbeat that you can't stop looking around. The vibe is that of an upscale bohemian lounge meets crouching Flamingo hidden Jaguar. You just have to experience it for yourself.

The staff is very friendly, quick, and attentive to ensure you get the experience you deserve and are very knowledgeable to suggest a great cocktail.

Cocktails are delicious and go with the vibe, definitely try the Scuba Steve. Additionally, the lounge snacks are phenomenal. The Wells Oyster selection is the best in the City if you like East, West, and local Gulf Coast Oysters you will not be disappointed. The smoked fish dip is also a delicious staple.
