IF YOU’RE READING THIS PLEASE JUST LISTEN TO ME AND GO TO A DIFFERENT CHIPOTLE!
I’ve only went to this chipotle a handful of times and each time has been a less than great or even good experience. From first being extremely busy and waiting for over 30 minutes in line to order, to placing a delivery order and getting a totally different item than I ordered and the other items were burnt, then another visit was a lengthy wait, but this time topped them all!
I thought I would be smart this time and order ahead. Great idea, I thought seeing as how they are always busy. HA, RIGHT - JOKES ON ME! I get to the door and notice a sign that says “Out of white rice, Out of Chips, Out of Cheese” both of which I had ordered for my meal. So I walk in and the line to order in store there were maybe 10 people in it IF THAT! I look over to the pick up area and there is probably 20 people standing there waiting for food. I tried asking the cashier if my food would still be made since I had ordered things they were out of. He responds “I’m not sure” and I asked him “Well are you able to check? I don’t want to wait around if you’re not able to make my food the way I want it” I told him my name was “Brittany” and he looks at me with this dumbfounded look and just says “Ok” and then just stood there. He never went to check, never moved from his spot until about 5 minutes later and then he comes out with 2 orders and never acknowledges me again.
I heard people talking that they had ordered their food over an hour ago and were still waiting!! WHAT!! Since I had already paid for my food, I didn’t want to just leave so I continued to wait. A girl finally came up and started asking everyone’s names and went back to the kitchen and came out with 1 meal. My food was to be ready 7:10pm, I didn’t leave the store until 7:45. By then there was no one in line to order at the restaurant, so the workers for the front line were just standing around.
There was absolutely no sense of urgency from anyone. Not sure if the girl that asked everyone’s name was a manager or not (but the way she was talking to other employees, I felt like maybe she was), if she was she had no sense of urgency either. No one ever received an apology for the extremely long wait, no announcement that they were running behind, LITERALLY NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL WITH THEIR CUSTOMERS. Food orders were coming out maybe 2 orders every 5-10 minutes. It was like no progress was even being made. I believe there was at least 8-10 workers; 4 on the front line, 4 in the back and 2 cooking the food. The workers who walked to the back where just messing around, rather than lending a hand to the girl who was doing the to go around they just stood around. LITERALLY NO OTHER WORKER OFFERED HELP TO THE GIRL DOING THE TO-GO’S, THEY DID NOTHING TO HELP CUT DOWN THE TO-GO ORDERS WAIT TIME.
Finally, my name is called out along with another girl. No apology, NOTHING only the calling of my name and then handed my bag of food. I was so upset that I didn’t even check my food before leaving, STUPID ME! I had ordered 3 soft tacos with barbacoa, chips & queso (I guess you can get things they are out of if you did an online order). I get in my car and open the bag and proceed to eat a chip only to have to spit it out bc it was beyond burnt - it tasted like the worst tasting burnt popcorn I’ve ever eaten, anyways I look for a napkin in the bag and there was nothing in the bag other than the food I ordered. HOW SWEET! I figured it just chips, whatever I’m not going back in. So then I get home and go to eat my food only to be surprised by whatever tacos they gave me which definitely weren’t what I ordered and honestly I don’t think anyone would have ordered this kind of taco bc all that was in them was rice (not even white rice that I had ordered or was ever asked if it was okay to replace with brown rice), sour cream and burnt hard tiny pieces of something and looks like fajita mixings. WHERES THE MEAT I ORDERED?

Read moreEdit: I left a quality review for another location that I frequent which can do everything better than this location. I pick up from the other location, 40 minutes away from my house, to ensure I get a quality meal. yes food may be a little cold when I get home but its quality, the amount expected and complete. More than I can say for my experiences at this location. Apparently nobody cares for poor customer experiences here either, and that's fine. I just haven't been back to this one.
Second time visiting this location. Ordered pickup twice. First experience was good even though many reviews are not. Second visit today at 530 for pick up was just what the others have said, a mediocre disaster of someone who doesn't care I just wasted my money. Not cheap to eat at Chipotle and the mediocre effort put forth is disappointing. My bowl was fine outside of the cold, hard, uncooked brown rice. My wife's bowl however was the end of the cold, hard, brown rice and the end of the veggies and the end of the chicken apparently. Half scoops of veggies and chicken make this bowl, by weight, maybe worth 4 or 5 of the 11 dollars I paid for it. (Guac on the order, can't screw that up). So roll the dice if you want. You have a 50% chance of having a good experience. I'd personally roll the dice elsewhere for 11 dollars and know I'm getting better food than what this place is dishing out. I love the Chipotle by my work and will have to commend that location for the consistent quality I know I can expect every time I go. I mean how hard is it to follow some written directions of how to cook rice and fill a bowl proportionately to what a consumer is over paying for in the first place. Read moreTwo days in a row I ordered food to be delivered to my home. Two days in a row the food delivered was wrong. The first time I called the store and they said they were sorry but they couldnt do anything and that I would have to reorder my food and they would make sure the right order was delivered but the next time I came in the store if I brought my receipt and spoke to a manager they would give me to free entrees. Tonight when it happened again I was pretty upset, so I drove up to the store and asked for a manager. The manager told me that I had to get a refund through Doordash not them. He did offer me two free entrees but not my entire order, that I had already paid for. I told him that was acceptable and would try to get a refund through Doordash. He then told me to go to the back of the line and they would make the food again. At that point I turned and saw that the line was a good 10 minutes long and I told him that since this problem had happened twice, and since I had already waited 40 minutes for my food to arrive and the order was wrong, and that I had to drive up and speak to him, I thought I shouldnt have to wait in the line. He told me it wasnt fair to the other customer to let me jump in front, I told him it wasnt fair to me that I have had to go through all of this. I said cant I just give you my order and have them go make it. He said no, you have to go to the back of the line and wait like everyone else. I then told him that if I was going to have to wait in line, he could keep his food and I would be writing a review about my experience and would be contacting their corporate office. He told me if that is what you want to do then "have fun". I left the store at that point. I will not be getting food from this...
