Dunkin' — Restaurant in Peoria

THIS IS THE WORST DUNKIN DONUTS I HAVE EVER BEEN. The lady who took my order via Drive thru was so rude and she was yelling continuously. She didn’t hear my order properly so I corrected her. She got so frustrated that she started yelling and said I am not saying properly what I want. When I asked her why are you shouting, she replied “Along with 4 other people, we all have severe headache and so I am shouting”. I said this is still not a way to communicate and you need to do a better job. She said even I have to do a better job which I didn’t even understand on what basis she said since she doesn’t even know me. I ended the conversation by saying thank you but I don’t think I need coffee from your store anymore. She said so rudely “thank you and bye”. I wish I would have recorded the way she was talking. It was horrible. She was literally barking at me. It didn’t bother me but this is surely not the way you treat people. If you are not feeling good, yelling at people is certainly not going to make it better. I read couple of reviews, many people have mentioned about that lady and the other staff working there. I hope Dunkin Donut takes this seriously and acts accordingly. This definitely puts Dunkin Donut’s name in a bad place. I have never experienced such behavior...

My sister went to that Dunkin’ Donuts and had the worst service through the drive through. She ordered two coffees and they didn’t even ask her if she wanted it cold or hot. When she got to the window they had hot coffees made for her and she told them I wanted them cold not hot. And the women got really mad at her and told her we told you hot twice and you said yes, and my sister was like no I wanted iced. So they started making her iced ones. she went back to my sister and wouldn’t stop annoying her about the hot coffee thing. The woman was just pissed at her yelling at my sister and arguing with her and my sister snapped and told her well I’m paying for my drink I’m not going to drink what you want me to drink and left because of how bad they treated her. So they have bad service and management. Workers shouldn’t have to argue with...

This Dunkin Donuts is very rude. I placed online order in the Drive-Thru line for the first time. I thought it would be easier. When I pulled up to the speaker she told me it just popped up and to pull around to the window.When I got to the window she handed me my drinks and told me I need to give them time to prepare the order I cannot place it outside of the building.Then she told me I needed to pull around a second time to get the rest of my order. I really do not understand the difference of placing the order online in Drive-Thru line or speaking my order at the speaker ...either way it's going to take the same amount of time. They do not have very good customer service at this location. I have worked fast food before and I understand it can be challenging but I was the only customer there at the time.I will not be returning to...
