I usually really love all my Starbucks locations! Matter of fact the one on 35th and Bell is my number one spot! They know my name, they always show respect, and they always say hi with a smile! But I have moved and since then Iâve gone to this location on Hatfield in Lake Pleasant Parkway. I wouldâve thought that maybe this place wouldâve been just as great. I thought like the one on 35th and Bell maybe the staff will be the same and at least say hi every time you walk through the door. I stood at mobile order for about three minutes, with no contact with any of the staff. No one said hi to me. No I said how can I help you. I actually said excuse me about three times to lady making the coffee who continue to ignore me. Then another staff decided to help others who are standing around me waiting for their coffee and items as well. Did not say hello did not say anything except what is your name. So I give this location one star. If I can give it zero stars I would. They do need to work a little bit more on their customer service. Maybe they can take training lessons from those at the 35th and Bell location. Until then I will drive out of my way and go to the other Starbucks before returning back to this one. Not the flavor I was looking for! I guess not every Starbucks is...
Read moreI quickly popped in to this location today. I dont typically stop at any location, I've always had good experience on the rare occasion I did not order in the app . Today, not the case. I was in a bit of hurry and decided to stop at the last moment. I certainly had enough time to wait comfortably and not feel rushed. I rarely order anything fancy with my typical order being a pike, black. As I stood at the counter, there was a barista behind the counter on a tablet. I waited. For over 5 minutes, standing noticeable at the counter, I wasn't even acknowledged. At least 3 of these minutes, the one barista was on the tablet. Not so much as a "hello" or "be right with you." Customer service seems to be a dying trait and the only place one can depend on is Chick fil A. Again, had I been acknowledged, no biggie. But this is a significant amount of time, as a customer, to wait and continue to be ignored. I expect better from Starbucks. While the issue is the lack of customer service (5 baristas in total, and at least a couple...
Read moreThis is probably one of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too. The drinks are super inconsistent. I went this morning at 5 and my drink was still wrong!! I order the same drink pretty much all the time and almost everyday it is wrong or I get charged a different amount. If they get it right Iâm usually in shock. Parking is horrible and the drive thru is super slow that they end up having to block the entire parking lot out to the road. They really need to figure out how to work on drive thru speed to ensure this doesnât happen and work on training their employees to make drinks the way they are supposed to be made. Im sure most of the reason the drive thru is so slow is because they are constantly having to fix drinks that are made wrong. I get so frustrated especially when we are paying top dollar for a coffee. Itâs gotten so bad that I usually go to target or Frys and if I canât get out of the car I go out of my way up happy valley and go to a different location. They need to fix this location...
