Ordered using the mobile app because we were limited on time this the counter pickup. When I went in I saw what turned out to be a manager fiddling with getting a machine working between orders. I then proceeded to watch her grab a garbage can with her ungloved hand to move it then touch several other commonly touched things behind the counter without washing her hands. Bad enough right? No, she then made our order as well which meant she handled OUR food and stuffed them in the bag and grabbed the napkins all with the garbage hand. I call the company complaint line and the Health department as well. Yesterday I got a call at the end of the store owners day to which she left a message that she would call one more time then consider the matter closed, upon calling her back today I was hardly able to get a word in edgewise with her talking over me but the summary was in her words, “mistakes happen, she is a newly trained manager, we were busy, etc.” She downplayed the gross negligence and unsanitary practices. When I was explaining that it’s not a mistake it’s unprofessional and bad business practices. She continued to cut me off by stating I guess there’s nothing I can do to make this right continue to cut me off no matter what I was trying to say being monotone while she was Exercising her position to dominate the conversation on professionally. The phone call did not solve anything except provide more insight to why this problem arose. It is apparent that the problem starts with management at this location. Thanks store owner Patricia for making this situation worse by trying to excuse YOUR assistant manager Ella’s inexcusable actions. By the way, there were only three cars in the drive-through and there was no other orders on the screen for dine-in services either I know because I made sure to check the screen before confronting your employee so that I wasn’t taking more of her time to screw somebody...
Read moreThe otherday I went through during rush hour time, got me burger an fries and I got to window was told to pull ahead and they would bring food out as they waiting on fries. Could accept as it was rush time however, I finally got my food 15minutes latter and fries no way are fresh. They tasted like last weeks stale fries that have been sitting and they are cold also my burger was very cold. Please note that my burger was ordered with no onions for reason, they must have threw them on an noticed so pulled them off but they missed the onion juice and a few chunks of onion, nothing benadryl didn't fix after my allergic reaction.
Today I decided I would try again somthig quick got burger and fries. Although I didn't have to wait like yesterday but my fries are stale, cold and taste like last weeks fries still very nasty. The burger was not the warmest either but was better than last one. Please not again ordered no onion, this time it had very tiny chunk of onion on side of it so I figured again they just pulled it off and I was right more benadryl.
Staff should not do this due to allergic reactions if it touches hey mistakes happen but fully remake it not just pull it off.
Would not recommend to people with allergies to stuff like onions because they will pull ot off and miss the juice and chunks of onion. Also unless you like stale week old tasting fries stay away.
Recently visited McDonald's in Wadenna and Detroit Lakes. Food was very fresh, hot and did not taste week old. Although Detroit lakes was a long wait due to being busy but was worth the wait. Wish I would of stoped there on way home today would have been better bit...
Read moreGreetings, today I went to McDonald's in Perham, MN to eat with my family at 9:55pm (They closed at 11) the employee with the blue shirt “I think she's a supervisor” she didn't have her name tag on, she was mapping while “ “Her daughter” was working as a cashier. The supervisor treated all the customers who came in with an attitude, they gave us the wrong order, it took them 30 minutes with the Apple pie, we had to ask for them again and she basically threw them on the table. She looked frustrated. Why do you send all employees to clock out at 10:25pm if they close at 11:00pm? Why would they send them early if many cars and customers were still arriving inside? She is not professional at all. I don't know why they give a position with that title to a person who didn't study. And if she study, let me tell you that she did not learn what good Customer Service was. She does not have the qualities for that position. It’s too sad because I live here and we never expected to be treated that way in...
