Fazoli's — Restaurant in Perkins Township

My husband loves this place but said it's the last time he will ever go. His chicken fettuccine alfredo was watery with a ton of garlic powder dumped on top. He didn't eat it and I asked him to bring it home and took this picture of it. See pic.

I don't really think this place is ever worth the dirty tables, prices and screaming kids but wanted to go with my husband. I got baked meatballs and it was brought to me in a tin on a paper plate. I asked where my dish was and was told it got put in a tin because it went in the oven. Most of your dishes are baked and I didn't see anyone else eating out of a tin and I've never eaten out of a tin before. If I wanted to eat out of tins and plastic I would have ordered a dollar burger and eaten it in the car. See pic.

The bread sticks were wrapped in four papers and the grease bled all the way though. I then wrapped them in napkins to get even more grease off of them. They were completely saturated. See pic.

My husband said he thinks whoever was in the kitchen had no idea what they were doing. I think he was right. I don't mind the prices. I don't mind the dirty tables. I don't mind the screaming kids. But my food at least has...

Myself and 3 of my friends left Cedar Point early in sandusky Ohio to be able to get to Fazoli's before closing time. This was my first experience there and it will be my last after the horrible customer service I've received.

Myself and one other ordered online. I was charged twice. One was quickly refunded. I called to make sure my order went through and was told that they didn't have the fried mozzarella bites. They they quickly changed their mind then said they do. Confusion? Go through the drive through we grab our orders before we head back to the hotel for the night. Get back to the hotel my order is wrong! I called that night and was told that they were closed but I could bring the food back the next day to exchange or refund. None of these options work for me as we were heading back to where we live early the next day. Which is not in sandusky Ohio. I ordered chicken parm and mozzarella bites. I received alfredo noodles and spaghetti and meatballs. They refuse to refund me the money. I have talked to 2 regular employees and 1 boss. Still waiting on a call back. This is the worst customer service I've received in a long time. Being a season pass holder of cedar point and someone who frequents the area often. I will never order...

Went to your restaurant yesterday and ordered dinner. The food was great except for the breadsticks. When she brought them they were soggy, limp, and soaked with grease(butter)! So I took them back to the counter & asked for some, plain w/out butter. Both the boy at the counter taking cash & the girl filling orders said, & I quote, "they are all like that, that's just the way they are". So I laid them on the counter & walked back to my seat. When I got there, there was a nice little man standing there talking to my husband. My husband was telling him about the breadsticks & it turned out he worked there, & said of course we can make you some plain ones, and went and did it and brought them to us! Thanks to him, our experience was a lot more enjoyable. He said that his name was Brett. He was the only one that cared. We think he deserves some recognition for his actions.
