Panda Express — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Tables are dirty, as soon as we walked in the woman mean mugged and said "this is what we're offering" in a "If you don't like, get out" way of telling us they're out of most things, even NOODLES. They only non-spicy entree left was Orange Chicken. Then, I paid for three things, and was given TWO scoops. When time to pay, I asked how much we get per entree, and she said "one heaping scoop". I said ok, we only got two" she opened my food and said "that's three". I asked if she thought I was lying. She said "do you want me to remake it". I just left Cedar Point, was exhausted and starving, and they were OUT of what I wanted, so she couldn't make it again, so I just got ripped off, and figured I'll just contact the company later. I don't think I've seen a bigger bunch of people who obviously CAN'T lose their job. The dining room was TRASHED and they had like 10 employees!! If you're not cooking or cleaning, what are you doing? EVERYONE looked like they hated every customer for existing. Not one smile in the place. If I owned this company I'd shut this place down. Unbelievable behavior, really. I've worked in restaurants, concert venues, fast food, etc. I've NEVER behaved like this, even on my worst day. If we ran out we called different stores and went to get stuff, but if we ever did run out, it's called "we're sorry", not "you'll eat what you get and...

I dont even know where to start. I am absolutely so disappointed with this Panda Express. The super greens have always been my favorite at the other Panda Expres's, but this one in Sandusky Ohio has been way off all FIVE times that I have been. Tonight, I had the beef and brochli bowl half chow main half greens. The bowl had 75% percent chowmain 20% green aka hard brochli and 5% beef. The time before that, It didn't have any beef in it at all. This time, it may have had 2 oz of beef, and the greens were horrible tasting. The brochli was so hard it tasted fresh out the dirt. The second bowl was sesame chicken, not the kind I've had. The chicken tasted like a breaded (not battered) chicken patty cut up over mushy white rice with peas and carrots. It was completely dry and had no sesame flavor at all, and I've never had green beans in sesame chicken.

I dont know if they had the crew cooking because the chef was out or there still training, but this was my 5th time there, hoping they would get it right each time. Order a box for my 1 year old with fried rice and a egg roll with an Organic Apple juice box! My daughter only ate about half of the rice and drank half of the apple juice and didn't touch touch the egg roll. About an hr later my child started complaining of a stomach ache and threw up every where! Well I checked the apple juice she drank and it smelt terrible! Literally smelt and tasted like wine! I called to speak to a manager and a employee who was not the manager picked up, She told me that the manager would call me back because they had a rush and was helping. I've worked in fast food so I was very understanding I told her that was fine, I never got a call back, and my kid has thrown up twice since I called !my other child who did not eat Panda Express but ate everything her sibling ate prior to us ordering is just fine so I know it was the apple juice that made my baby sick!! Not at all pleased about the situation and I saved the juice too! I play about a lot of stuff but my kid ain't 1 of them!
