Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Perkins Township

Update Back in town on business. Grabbed another cup of coffee before heading to work. Definitely granting this particular location my award for “least friendly” starbies. Not sure why the folks here are so unhappy but definitely something management should look into.

Definitely one of the least friendly locations I’ve visited. Waited at the counter for a minute before anyone even acknowledged I was standing there. Placed my order and that was that. No smile. No have a nice day.

Barista seemed like he’d rather be anywhere but there, maybe just having a bad day. We’ve all been there. Having said that, my drink was definitely on point and served extra hot, just like I like it. At the end of the day that’s all we really want.

Surprisingly, there wasn’t any inside customers. Drive-thru was packed but no one inside. Very odd to see at a Starbucks but I didn’t mind the quiet. Everything was clean and that’s always nice to see.

We all have an off day so I’d definitely go back when I’m in town again. My drink was amazing and that’s good...

I placed a order online 12 mins+ in advance they had the hot foot sitting out for 10 mins and they didnt even have the drink ready. they cleared out the entire drive through by the time I even got my drink I stood waiting for 5 mins to 10 mins after the ready by time then I asked for the propper lid as it was a frappe not a normal drink and req a straw the worker tried to brush me off saying it was the only lid they had when I had to tell her no it wasn't I wanted the one a straw could be used in. then after a min of explaining it she was like oh this one? then when I was trying to ask about ordering a size larger because I had noticed I got the wrong size and was going to give the smaller one away she just ignored me and said have a nice day and walked away. frustrated I left. I will not go back to this particular starbucks ever again 5 to 6 people working and still can't get...

This is my first one star I've ever given and I don't post it with leisure. Normally I give most Starbucks a higher rating but this one set me off. This Starbucks serves more food types than most, but that's not what makes this a 1 star. It was the amount of customers lounging around with their shoes OFF with bare feet just laying about in the cushion chairs and benches. I counted at least THREE different parties with people sitting with their bare feet laying ON these seats. Whether they were tucked up on the seats or kicked up on the benches. Gross. If you want to come somewhere there is people eating and drinking with the odor and sight of stinky summer feet, this is the place. Word to the managers, (because your employee thought I was joking), MOST customers do not enjoy their food/drink with a side of bare feet. If you are coming to a food/drink establishment, KEEP YOUR...
