Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Perkins Township

The manager was very rude! Which is a shame because the food was very good and the cashier was the sweetest! My mother ordered a smoothie bowl and it was still frozen, we wanted to eat right away, so she asked to exchange it for the kind that I had. The manager told her that he wouldn't exchange it and she could buy a different one. He wasn't in the business of giving away free food!He said that they come frozen like that and she could "Let it sit out and thaw so she can eat it!" 🤯🤯🤯 She threw it away and we won't be back, which is a shame because the smoothies were awesome. So let me just say to have an owner/manager that cares this much is a big deal and it shows! I placed an order for delivery however it kicked to pick up for whatever reason, I called to see if I could change it and the woman who answered was super polite however they explained nothing could be changed, the gentleman who is the manager (maybe even the owner) explained to her that he would bring it to me. *update - customer service has gone down since opening . Lucky if they even greet you when you enter the store .
