Burger King — Restaurant in Perris

The two teen guys that work there on Tuesday nights are absolute a-holes. I come here all the time, never had a bad experience until tonight with these two jerks. I went to order at the drive through, we were talking about what I wanted to drink, and he was actively talking to his co worker friend. Had to ask me what I wanted to drink twice, because he was too caught up in his conversation. Incredibly disrespectful. At the end I stated I had a discount code, he got real snappy with me and said I should’ve given him that in the beginning. I was utterly too stunned to speak by his tone of voice and what he said to me. I pull up to the window, he asks for my coupon?? Every day this week I’ve gone here and used my codes, they’ve never confiscated my coupons like that. He takes it and never gave it back. I had TWO discount codes on there, I only used one. And it doesn’t expire until next year. He was still having a conversation with his friend, incredibly distracted he asked me what sauce I wanted. I said BBQ. I get home lord and behold, my orders messed up, and there’s no BBQ sauce in sight but 10 packets of ketchup. Absolute losers. I’m ashamed to be the same...

(Drive thru) Was greeted by a robot to order not a problem that’s fine. Placed my order and went to pay, Waited for atleast a minute while the either male or female worker with the bonnet was showing something on their phone to the larger older lady Pilar. Pilar was also touching the screen on this phone. She looked like manager after I received my food I asked Pilar if it’s normal for them to be on their phones. She gets extremely hostile and throws her hands up angrily and taps her false nails at me. Screaming “Did you see me on my phone? Did you see me on my phone? But did you see me on my phone?” I explained to her that this location has been shut down by the health department before due to what I believe was cockroaches. I did informed her (since she was unaware and the manager, both concerning) that being on a personal phone while serving food is a major health violation. Also the extreme aggression that Pilar had was unacceptable she needs to be spoke to. I expect more from an older woman managing a place. You get paid at least $20 an hour you can follow health code procedures and not threaten customers with violent motions when asked a...

Absolutely disgusting presentation. When I pay for food, I expect it to at least look decent. I'm not a Dog, I dont eat scraps. That's what these tacos looked like. I posted a picture of the sloppy mess in the photos. Didnt get a reply to my online complaint either. Unacceptable. Their food certainly doesn't look like the commercials. The restaurant has hand prints all over the windows and doors. They definitely dont clean the place. Makes me wonder what germs are on the door knobs and windows. Their soda tastes like water; All carbonation. The bathroom is gross too. The service takes 10-15 minutes in the drive thru. And why close the playground? It was supposed to be a place kids can go to enjoy themselves while they eat. Definitely not the way it used to be. The last time we were at the playground, it was filthy gross.
